Description Exhibit 29 presents data regarding COVID-19 incidence and mortality. Observations

• Cecil County has experienced a COVID-19 incidence rate and mortality rate lower than both the state of Maryland and the United States. • However, there have been 15,423 cases and 258 deaths due to the pandemic since it began in March 2020.
