Miami Country Day School is committed to providing access to independent schools, and our financial aid program demonstrates our commitment to that goal. The Trustee Scholarship for Breakthrough Miami Scholars promotes socioeconomic diversity at the school and provides an opportunity for qualified students to reach their full potential. The award is a “good-throughgraduation” scholarship, which is awarded annually to two deserving Breakthrough Scholars entering 6th grade, who far exceed the expectations of what it means to be a Breakthrough Scholar and a Miami Country Day School student. Beyond the Breakthrough Miami Trustee Scholarships, Miami Country Day also provides need-based financial aid. In 2017-18, 22 Breakthrough Scholars, including ten named Trustee Scholars received need-based aid.
