Dear Bulletin readers, Welcome to another autumn. Once again we begin the new season with new postage stamps and philatelic material from Slovenia. On 1 August we introduced new domestic mail charges and merged weight classes for ordinary letters. Sending a standard letter now costs €0.34 (A-rate stamp), while sending an ordinary letter weighing up to 50 g (we have merged the weight classes “up to 20 g” and “over 20 g and up to 50 g) costs €0.40 (B-rate stamp). The cost of sending an ordinary letter weighing between 50 g and 100 g is now €0.46. The cost of sending a postcard has also changed and is now €0.40 (B-rate stamp). I would like to call attention to the special issue of a Euromed Postal stamp on 9 July this year. This is a joint issue by the postal operators who are members of the Euromed Postal union and come from Cyprus, Egypt, France, Greece, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Malta, Morocco, Palestine, Spain, Syria and Slovenia. All these countries issued a stamp with the same design on 9 July. We plan to continue with joint issues of stamps in future years. The issues will take place each year on 9 July and will contribute to promoting the countries of the Mediterranean. Spoštovane bralke in bralci Biltena, ponovno vas prijazno pozdravljam v še eni jeseni, v katero tudi tokrat vstopamo z novimi slovenskimi poštnimi znamkami in filatelističnimi izdelki. S 1. avgustom smo spremenili cene prenosa pošiljk v notranjem prometu, združili pa smo tudi masne stopnje za navadno pismo. Tako je cena prenosa standardnega pisma po novem 0,34 EUR (nominala A), navadnega pisma do 50 g (združili smo masni stopnji »do 20 g« in »od 20 g do 50 g«) 0,40 EUR (nominala B). Sehr geehrte Leserinnen und Leser des Bulletins, erneut möchte ich Sie herzlich in einem weiteren Herbst begrüßen, der auch in diesem Jahr neue slowenische Briefmarken und philatelistische Produkte mit sich bringt. Am 1. August haben wir die Preise für Briefsendungen innerhalb von Slowenien geändert und die Gewichtsklassen für einfache Briefsendungen vereint. So beträgt der neue Preis für Standardbriefsendungen 0,34 € (Nennwert A), für einfache Briefsendungen bis 50 g (wir haben die Gewichtsklassen „bis 20 g“ und „20 g bis 50 g“ vereint) liegt der Preis nun bei 0,40 € (Nennwert B). Der neue Preis für einfache Briefsendungen von 50 g bis 100 g beträgt 0,46 €, geändert hat sich auch der Preis für Postkartensendungen, der jetzt bei 0,40 € liegt (Nennwert B). Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Sonderausgabe der Euromed Postal Sondermarke vom 9. Juli 2014. Es handelt sich um die gemeinsame Ausgabe von Postunternehmen, die Mitglieder der Vereinigung Euromed Postal sind und aus Zypern, Ägypten, Frankreich, Griechenland, Jordanien, dem Libanon, aus Libyen, Malta, Marokko, Palästina, Spanien, Syrien und Slowenien kommen. All diese Länder haben am 9. Juli eine Briefmarke mit demselben Motiv herausgegeben. Mit gemeinsamen Ausgaben von Briefmarken will die Vereinigung auch in den kommenden Jahren fortfahren. Die Briefmarken sollen jeden 9. Juli erscheinen. Dies wird ihr Beitrag zur Werbung für diese Mittelmeerländer sein. FAUNA – Bats Bechstein’s bat – Myotis bechsteinii (Kuhl, 1818) Bats are the only mammals to have a wing membrane that allows true flight. The membrane is stretched between the digits of the forelimbs, the body, the hind legs and the tail and forms a special flying organ. Bats have also developed an effective echolocation system based on high-frequency sound which enables them to orient themselves in space and hunt food in the darkness. Bechstein’s bat belongs to the vesper bat family (Vespertilionidae), which lack the enlarged nose-leaf of other echolocating bats. It folds its wings along its body when at rest. Another characteristic of Bechstein’s bat are its big ears, which are more than 2 cm long and have a long, narrow tragus with a pointed tip. Like other bats, Bechstein’s bat is endangered and its distribution and numbers are shrinking. The reason for this is a lack of suitable roosts, the use of poisons in the environment, lack of food and light pollution. Bechstein’s bat is a forest species that roosts in hollow trees. In commercial forests with few old trees, we can help bats by installing bat boxes. Lesser horseshoe bat – Rhinolophus hipposideros (Bechstein, 1800) Bats of the horseshoe bat family (Rhinolophidae) have a horseshoe-shaped nose-leaf, a special fold of skin, around the nostrils. Four species of horseshoe bats live in Slovenia. The lesser horseshoe bat is the smallest of them. It is found in central and southern Europe and in northern Africa. Its body is between 3.5 and 4.5 cm

FAUNA – Fledermäuse Bechsteinfledermaus – Myotis bechsteinii (Kuhl, 1818)

ŽIVALSTVO - Netopirji Velikouhi netopir – Myotis bechsteinii (Kuhl, 1818) Za netopirje je značilno, da so edini sesalci, ki imajo letalno opno, ki jim omogoča pravo letenje. Opna je napeta med prsti sprednjih nog, trupom, zadnjo nogo in repom ter tvori poseben letalni organ, imenovan prhut. Poleg tega so netopirji razvili tudi učinkovit eholokacijski sistem na osnovi visokofrekvenčnega zvoka, ki jim omogoča orientacijo v prostoru in lov hrane v temi. Velikouhi netopir sodi v družino gladkonosih netopirjev (Vespertilionidae), ki na nosu nimajo kožnih izrastkov, ob mirovanju pa prhuti zložijo ob telesu. Za velikouhega netopirja so značilni veliki uhlji, ki so dolgi prek 2 cm ter imajo dolg, ozek in na vrhu zašiljen poklopec. Podobno kot ostali netopirji so tudi velikouhi netopirji ogroženi, njihova razširjenost in številčnost pa se zmanjšuje. Razlog za to so pomanjkanje primernih bivališč, uporaba strupov v okolju, pomanjkanje hrane in nočna razsvetljava. Velikouhi netopir sodi med gozdne vrste, ki za bivanje uporabljajo drevesna dupla. Zato lahko v gospodarskih gozdovih z nizkim številom starih dreves netopirjem pomagamo z nameščanjem netopirnic. Für Fledermäuse ist charakteristisch, dass sie die einzigen Säugetiere sind, die eine Flugmembrane haben, die ihnen richtiges Fliegen ermöglicht. Die Membrane ist zwischen den Vorderbeinen, dem Rumpf, den Hinterbeinen und dem Schwanz gespannt und bildet ein besonderes Flugorgan, die so genannte Flughaut. Fledermäuse haben zudem ein effizientes Echolotsystem auf der Grundlage von Hochfrequenzschall entwickelt, das ihnen die Orientierung im Raum und die Beutejagd in der Dunkelheit ermöglicht. Die Bechsteinfledermaus gehört zur Familie der Glattnasen (Vespertilionidae), die keine Nasenaufsätze haben und in der Ruhephase die Flughaut zusammenfalten. Für die Bechsteinfledermaus sind die großen Ohren charakteristisch, die über 2 cm lang sind und einen langen, schmalen und spitzen Ohrendeckel haben. Auch die Bechsteinfledermaus, deren Verbreitung und Anzahl abnimmt, gehört zu den gefährdeten Fledermausarten. Die Ursachen dafür sind der Mangel an geeigneten Lebensräumen, der Gebrauch von Umweltgiften, der Mangel an Nahrung sowie die nächtliche Beleuchtung. Die Bechsteinfledermaus gehört zu den Waldtierarten, die in Baumhöhlen leben. Daher kann man den Fledermäusen in Nutzwäldern mit einer geringen Anzahl an alten Bäumen mit der Anbringung von Fledermauskästen helfen.

Kleine Hufeisennase – Rhinolophus hipposideros (Bechstein, 1800) Für Fledermäuse der Familie Hufeisennasen (Rhinolophidae) ist charakteristisch, dass sie um die Nasenlöcher eine Hautfalte in Form eines Hufeisens haben. In Slowenien leben vier Arten von Hufeisennasen, die Kleine Hufeisennase ist die kleinste von allen. Sie ist in Mittel- und Südeuropa sowie in Nordafrika verbreitet. Sie hat eine Körperlänge von 3,5 bis 4,5 cm, ihr Schwanz ist 2 cm lang, ihre Flughautspannweite beträgt etwa 20 cm und sie wiegt zwischen 5 und 9 Gramm. Die Fellfärbung am Rücken ist graubraun, während sie am Bauch eine hellere weißgraue Farbe hat. Die Ohren sind groß, spitz und ohne Ohrendeckel. long, its tail measures 2 cm, its wingspan is around 20 cm and it weighs between 5 and 9 g. It has a grey-brown back and a lighter, white-grey belly. The ears are large, pointed and have no tragus. When the bat hangs from the ceiling, it is entirely wrapped in its wings and is around 10 cm long. In summer it roosts in buildings, frequently church bell towers or attics, while in winter it hibernates in caves, cellars or mineshafts. The lifespan of the lesser horseshoe bat is usually around four years but in some cases it can live up to 30 years. The lesser horseshoe bat is another endangered and protected species. We can help it by keeping openings clear in buildings and caves to allow them to fly in and out, by not illuminating their roosts at night and by not disturbing them during hibernation in caves and other places. Kuhl’s pipistrelle – Pipistrellus kuhlii (Kuhl, 1819) Kuhl’s pipistrelle is a medium-sized species of bat from the vesper bat family (Vespertilionidae), which, with more than 300 species (25 of which are present in Slovenia), is the largest family of bats in the world. Vesper bats do not have a nose-leaf and when at rest fold their wings along their body instead of wrapping themselves in them like other bats. Kuhl’s pipistrelle typically has short ears with a short, sickle-shaped tragus. The bat gets its Slovene name belorobi netopir (literally: white-edged bat) from the edge of the wing membrane between the last digit of the foreleg and the hind leg. Its body is around 4.7 cm long, it has a wingspan of around 22 cm and it weighs between 5 and 10 g. It is found in Europe, Asia and parts of Africa. It is a nocturnal hunter of flying insects and uses echolocation in a frequency range of between 36 and 40 kHz. As an interesting side note, we could add this genus of bats, which are exceptionally good flyers, have lent their name to the Pipistrel company, the world’s leading manufacturer of ultralight powered gliders. Uhlji so veliki, koničasti in brez poklopca. Kadar visijo s stropa, so povsem oviti v prhuti in so dolgi okrog 10 cm. Poletna zatočišča si najdejo v zgradbah, pogosto v cerkvenih zvonikih ali na podstrešjih, prezimujejo pa v podzemnih jamah, kleteh ali rudniških rovih. Njihova običajna življenjska doba je štiri leta, izjemoma pa lahko žive tudi do 30 let. Tudi mali podkovnjak je ogrožena in zavarovana vrsta. Pomagamo mu lahko tako, da ohranjamo proste izletalne odprtine na zgradbah in jamah, da ponoči ne osvetljujemo njihovih zatočišč in da jih ne vznemirjamo na prezimovališčih v podzemnih jamah in drugih objektih. Belorobi netopir – Pipistrellus kuhlii (Kuhl, 1819) Belorobi netopir je srednje velika vrsta netopirja iz družine gladkonosih netopirjev (Vespertilionidae), ki je z več kot 300 vrstami največja družina netopirjev na svetu in je s 25 vrstami zastopana tudi v Sloveniji. Za gladkonose netopirje je značilno, da na nosu nimajo posebnih kožnih tvorb in da v času mirovanja prhuti zložijo ob telo in se ne ovijajo vanje kot ostali netopirji. Za belorobega netopirja je značilno, da ima kratka ušesa s kratkim, srpasto ukrivljenim poklopcem. Slovensko ime je dobil po beli progi na robu letalne mrene med zadnjim prstom sprednje noge in zadnjo nogo. Njegovo telo meri v dolžino okrog 4,7 cm, premer prhuti je okrog 22 cm, težak pa je 5 do 10 gramov. Doma je v Evropi, Aziji in delu Afrike. Ponoči lovi leteče žuželke, pri čemer uporablja eholokacijo v frekvenčnem območju med 36 in 40 kHz.

Im Sommer suchen die Tiere in Gebäuden, oft in Kirchtürmen oder auf Dachböden Zuflucht, im Winter überwintern sie in unterirdischen Höhlen, Kellern oder Bergwerkstollen. Ihre normale Lebensdauer liegt bei vier Jahren, doch können sie ausnahmsweise auch bis zu 30 Jahre alt werden. Die Kleine Hufeisennase gehört ebenfalls zu den gefährdeten und geschützten Fledermausarten. Helfen kann man den Tieren, indem man freie Ausflugöffnungen an Gebäuden und Höhlen erhält, ihre Zufluchtsorte nachts nicht beleuchtet und sie in ihren Winterquartieren in unterirdischen Höhlen und anderen Objekten nicht stört.

Weißrandfledermaus – Pipistrellus kuhlii (Kuhl, 1819) Die Weißrandfledermaus ist eine mittelgroße Fledermausart aus der Familie der Glattnasen (Vespertilionidae), die mit über 300 Arten die artenreichste Fledermausfamilie der Welt und mit 25 Arten auch in Slowenien verbreitet ist. Für Glattnasenfledermäuse ist charakteristisch, dass sie keine Nasenaufsätze besitzen und in der Ruhephase die Flughaut an den Körper legen, sich aber im Gegensatz zu den anderen Fledermausarten nicht darin einwickeln. Für die Weißrandfledermaus ist charakteristisch, dass sie kurze Ohren mit kurzen, sichelförmigen Ohrendeckeln hat. Ihren Namen erhielt die Fledermaus nach dem weißen Saum am Rande der Flugmembrane zwischen dem letzten Zeh des Vorderbeines und dem Hinterbein. Ihr Körper ist etwa 4,7 cm lang, die Spannweite der Flughaut beträgt 22 cm und sie wiegt zwischen 5 und 10 Gramm. Sie ist in Europa, Asien und in Teilen Afrikas beheimatet. Die Weißrandfledermaus ernährt sich von Nachtinsekten und nutzt bei der Jagd die Echolotung im Frequenzbereich zwischen 36 und 40 kHz.

Kot zanimivost dodajmo, da se po tem rodu netopirjev, ki so izredno dobri letalci, imenuje tudi podjetje Pipistrel, ki je v svetu vodilni proizvajalec ultralahkih motorno-jadralnih letal. Ustanovil ga je slovenski konstruktor Ivo Boscarol.

Interessant ist auch die Tatsache, dass sich das Unternehmen Pipistrel, der weltweit führende Hersteller von ultraleichten Motorsegelfliegern, gerade nach dieser Gattung von Fledermäusen, die als außergewöhnlich gute Flieger gelten, benannt hat. Das Unternehmen wurde von dem slowenischen Konstrukteur Ivo Boscarol gegründet.

Common bent-wing bat – Miniopterus schreibersii (Kuhl, 1819) Among the thirty species of bats living in Slovenia, Miniopterus schreibersii is the only representative of the Miniopteridae family of long-winged bats. It is found in Europe, Asia and parts of Africa. In terms of size it is among the smaller bats, since its body is only 5 to 6.25 cm long, although its wingspan is between 30 and 34 cm. It weighs between 9 and 16 g. The fur on its back is grey to greybrown, while its belly fur is grey. The ears are short, rounded and grey in colour. The common bent-winged bat is a social animal and forms large colonies that can number millions of bats. The bats spend the day in caves, abandoned mineshafts or buildings and come out at night to hunt for food in the surrounding area. They feed on nocturnal insects. They use echolocation or “bio sonar” at frequencies of between 52 and 58 kHz to locate their prey. They fly at speeds of up to 55 km/h and are thus the fastest flying bats in Slovenia. Migrations of colonies over large distances, even up to 800 kilometres, are known. Special protection areas have been defined within the Natura 2000 network for the conservation of the common bent-wing bat, among them Goričko. Matjaž Jež

Langflügelfledermaus – Miniopterus schreibersii (Kuhl, 1819)

Med tridesetimi v Sloveniji živečimi vrstami netopirjev je dolgokrili netopir edini predstavnik družine dolgokrilih netopirjev (Miniopteriidae). Njegovo življenjsko območje obsega Evropo, Azijo in nekatere dele Afrike. Po velikosti sodi med manjše netopirje, saj je dolžina telesa le 5 do 6,25 cm, razpon prhuti pa je kar 30 do 34 cm. Tehta od 9 do 16 gramov. Kožuh na hrbtu je siv do sivo rjav, na trebuhu pa siv. Uhlji so kratki, zaobljeni in sive barve. Dolgokrili netopirji so družabne živali in se združujejo v velike jate, ki lahko štejejo tudi več milijonov osebkov. Čez dan se zadržujejo v podzemnih jamah in opuščenih rudniških rovih ali stavbah, ponoči pa letajo po okolici in iščejo hrano. Hranijo se z nočnimi žuželkami. Pri tem si pomagajo z eholokacijo ali zvočnim radarjem na frekvencah med 52 in 58 kHz. Letijo s hitrostjo do 55 km na uro in so tako najhitrejši leteči netopirji v Sloveniji. Znane so selitve jat na večje razdalje, tudi do 800 km daleč. Za ohranjanje dolgokrilega netopirja so določena tudi posebna varstvena območja Natura 2000, med katerimi je tudi Goričko.

Unter den 30 in Slowenien lebenden Fledermausarten ist die Langflügelfledermaus der einzige Vertreter der Gattung der Langflügelfledermäuse (Miniopteriidae). Ihr Lebensraum umfasst Europa, Asien und einige Teile Afrikas. Der Größe nach gehört sie mit einer Körperlänge von 5 bis 6,25 cm und einer Flügelhautspannweite von ganzen 30 bis 34 cm zu den kleineren Fledermäusen. Sie wiegt zwischen 9 und 16 Gramm. Die Fellfärbung am Rücken ist grau bis graubraun, am Bauch grau. Die Ohren sind kurz, rundlich und grau. Langflügelfledermäuse sind gesellige Tierchen und leben in großen Scharen, die auch über mehrere Millionen Exemplare zählen können. Tagsüber halten sie sich in unterirdischen Höhlen und verlassenen Bergwerkstollen oder Gebäuden auf, nachts fliegen sie umher und gehen auf Jagd. Sie ernähren sich von Nachtinsekten. Bei der Jagd helfen sie sich mit der Echolotung oder einem Schallradar in Frequenzen zwischen 52 und 58 kHz. Sie können mit einer Geschwindigkeit von bis zu 55 km/h fliegen und gehören so zu den schnellsten fliegenden Fledermäusen in Slowenien. Bekannt sind die Züge der Fledermausscharen über große Entfernungen, auch bis zu 800 km weit. Zur Erhaltung der Langflügelfledermaus sind besondere Schutzgebiete der Natura 2000 bestimmt, darunter auch die Region Goričko.

Several noble families of the highest rank lived and worked in the lands that make up present-day Slovenia and played an important role not only locally but also at the imperial level. Five of these families are now represented in a set of stamps featuring their coats of arms. The coat of arms was one of the most important attributes of every noble family; it was the badge by which the family was identified. Coats of arms frequently reflected the name of the family and its history.

The rise of the house of Attems from Friuli is closely tied to the passage of the County of Gorizia under Habsburg rule after 1500. In the first half of the sixteenth century the family mainly lived on their estates in Friuli and Gorizia, where they occupied important positions. Later they also became one of the most important families in Lower Styria. In the seventeenth century they were given the title of Counts of the Holy Roman Empire and divided into two main branches – the cadet branch of Attems-Petzenstein retained the simple Attems coat of arms – gules, three points argent – while the coat of arms of the senior branch, the Counts of Attems-Heiligenkreuz, added an imperial two-headed eagle sable on a field or and an inescutcheon gules charged with a hound argent gorged with a collar or.

Adelswappen Im slowenischen Raum lebten und wirkten einige Adelsfamilien von höchstem Rang, die nicht nur auf Landesebene, sondern im ganzen Kaiserreich eine bedeutende Rolle spielten. Das Briefmarkenset mit den Familienwappen stellt fünf solcher Adelsfamilien vor. Das Wappen war nämlich eines der wichtigsten Attribute jeder Adelsfamilie und das Erkennungsmerkmal der Familie. Im Wappen spiegelten sich oftmals der Name des Adelsgeschlechts und dessen Geschichte wider.

Plemiški grbi V slovenskem prostoru je živelo in delovalo kar nekaj plemiških družin najvišjega ranga, ki so odigrale pomembno vlogo ne le na ravni dežele, ampak tudi na ravni cesarstva. Komplet znamk z rodbinskimi grbi predstavlja pet takšnih rodbin. Grb je bil namreč eden izmed najpomembnejših atributov vsake plemiške rodbine; po njem je bila rodbina prepoznavna navzven. V grbih sta se pogosto odražala ime rodbine in njena zgodovina. Vzpon furlanske rodbine Attems je tesno povezan s prehodom goriške grofije pod habsburško oblast po letu 1500. V prvi polovici 16. stoletja so Attemsi živeli pretežno še na svojih furlanskih in goriških posestih ter tam zasedali visoke položaje, pozneje pa so postali tudi ena najpomembnejših rodbin na Spodnjem Štajerskem. V 17. stoletju je rodbina dobila grofovski naziv in se razdelila na dve glavni liniji – mlajša linija Attems-Petzenstein je obdržala enostavni osnovni grb Attemsov, ki je predstavljal tri srebrne konice v rdečem polju, grb starejše grofovske linije AttemsHeiligenkreuz pa se je razširil s črnim cesarskim dvoglavim orlom v zlatem polju in srebrnim jazbečarjem z zlato ovratnico v rdečem srčnem ščitu. Der Aufstieg des friaulischen Adelshauses Attems ist eng mit dem Übergang der Grafschaft von Görz unter die Habsburger Herrschaft im Jahre 1500 verbunden. In der ersten Hälfte des 16. Jahrhunderts lebte die Familie Attems noch vorwiegend auf ihren friaulischen und görzischen Besitztümern und belegte dort hohe Ämter, später wurden sie dann zu einem der bedeutendsten Adelsgeschlechter in der Untersteiermark. Im 17. Jahrhundert wurde das Adelshaus in den Grafenstand erhoben und teilte sich in zwei Hauptzweige auf – der jüngere Zweig Attems-Petzenstein behielt das einfache Stammwappen des Hauses Attems, das drei silberne Spitzen im roten Feld darstellt, das Wappen des älteren Grafenzweiges AttemsHeiligenkreuz wurde hingegen durch einem schwarzen zweiköpfigen Kaiseradler im goldenen Feld und mit einem silbernen Dachshund mit goldenem Halsband im rotem Herzschild erweitert. Die Adelsfamilie Auersperg oder auch Turjak war eines der bedeutendsten Adelsgeschlechter, die fast 1000 Jahre im slowenischen Raum lebte. added, along with a lion on an inescutcheon. The house of Auersperg produced many important military leaders who defended the Slovene lands against the raiding Ottoman Turks. Auerspergs also served as provincial governors and were patrons of the arts and supporters of Slovene Protestant literature. The family also produced poets and politicians. With the elevation of one branch of the family to the rank of Princes of the Holy Roman Empire, they ascended to the very pinnacle of the noble elite and came into direct proximity with the imperial court. The house of Herberstein can be traced all the way back to the thirteenth century. In later centuries the family split into several branches. From its ranks came provincial governors, military officers, diplomats and several high ecclesiastical dignitaries. In the fifteenth century the family owned various possessions in Istria, on the Karst and in Inner Carniola. Later they moved north-eastwards, to Styria. The basic Herberstein coat of arms was very simple – gules, a chevron argent. In 1522 Emperor Charles V, who was also King of Spain, in gratitude for the services of the diplomat Sigismund von Herberstein, augmented the Herberstein coat of arms with the symbols of Austria (gules, a fess argent) and Castile (gules, a tower or), and, above the shield, the likeness of the Emperor of Germany, King of Spain and Prince of Moscow. Later the attributes of some extinct families related to the Herbersteins were also added to the coat of arms. The house of Lamberg derived from the ministeriales of the Counts of Gorizia and had their seat at Rittersberg Castle in the Goriška Brda hills (this castle no longer exists). Iz vrst Auerspergov so izšli številni pomembni vojskovodje, ki so pred turškimi vpadi branili slovenske dežele, deželni glavarji in meceni, podporniki umetnosti in slovenske protestantske književnosti, pa tudi pesniki in politiki. S povzdignjenjem ene rodbinske veje med kneze Svetega rimskega cesarstva so se povzpeli v sam vrh nekdanje plemiške elite in v neposredno bližino cesarskega dvora. Rodbini Herberstein lahko sledimo vse od 13. stoletja. V poznejših stoletjih se je rodbina zelo razvejala, iz njenih vrst pa so izšli deželni glavarji, vojaški častniki, diplomati in več visokih cerkvenih dostojanstvenikov.

V 15. stoletju so posedovali različne posesti v Istri, na Krasu in Notranjskem, pozneje pa so se usmerili na severovzhod, na Štajersko. Osnovni Herbersteinov grb je bil zelo enostaven – srebrn škarnik v rdečem polju. Cesar Karel V., ki je bil obenem tudi španski kralj, je leta 1522 grb Herbersteinov v zahvalo za zasluge diplomata Žige Herbersteina razširil s simboloma Avstrije (srebrna prečka na rdeči podlagi) in Kastilje (zlat grajski stolp na rdeči podlagi), nad ščit grba pa postavil lik nemškega cesarja, španskega kralja in moskovskega kneza. Kasneje se je grb izboljšal še z elementi nekaterih izumrlih in Herbersteinom sorodnih družin. Rodbina Lamberg izhaja iz rodu ministerialov grofov Goriških in je imela sedež na danes izginulem gradu Rittersperg v Goriških brdih. Od 14. stoletja dalje so se Lambergi močno razširili tudi po drugih habsburških deželah. Njihova posest je bila v 17. stoletju tako obsežna, da je Valvasor izdelal topografijo lamberške posesti in jo izdal kot samostojno knjižico. V začetku 18. stoletja je bila ena od linij povzdignjena med kneze Svetega rimskega cesarstva. Rodbini je pripadal tudi prvi ljubljanski škof Žiga Lamberg. Enostavni prvotni srebrno-modro-rdeči grb družine Lamberg se je v 15. stoletju razširil z grbom izumrle družine Podvinskih, s katero so bili Lambergi sorodstveno povezani – takrat je v rodbinski grb prišel podvinski črni pes (brak) z zlato ovratnico. Rodbina Thurn-Valsassina sodi med najstarejše še živeče plemiške rodbine v Evropi in naj bi po izročilu segala vse do Karla Velikega. Od 15. stoletja so bili prisotni tudi na današnjih slovenskih tleh, kjer sta bili njeni najpomembnejši gospostvi Radovljica in Pliberk. Grofje Thurni so imeli velik vpliv na industrijski razvoj današnje slovenske Koroške, predvsem Mežiške doline. Rodbina Thurn je bila izredno razvejana, zaradi česar so se tudi grbi posameznih linij med seboj razlikovali. Vsem grbom pa sta skupna rdeč stolp s tremi cinami in tremi črnimi okni (izvorni grb) ter rdeč lev, ki simbolizira grofijo Valsassina. Na znamki je upodobljen grb tiste veje Thurnov, ki je bila imenovana po štajerskem gospostvu Zbelovo in je bila v 19. stoletju tudi lastnica Krumperka. gingen zahlreiche bedeutende Feldherren, die das slowenische Land vor den Türkeneinfällen verteidigten, Landeshauptmänner und Mäzene, Förderer von Kunst und slowenischer protestantischer Literatur, sowie Dichter und Politiker hervor. Mit der Erhebung eines Adelszweiges zu Fürsten des Heiligen Römischen Reiches stieg das Adelshaus an die Spitze der damaligen Adelselite auf und stand dem Kaiserhof nahe. Die Anfänge des Adelsgeschlechts Herberstein können bis ins 13. Jahrhundert zurückverfolgt werden. In den darauffolgenden Jahrhunderten hat sich die Adelsfamilie weit verzweigt, aus ihren Reihen gingen Landeshauptmänner, Armeeoffiziere, Diplomaten und mehrere hohe kirchliche Würdenträger hervor. Im 15. Jahrhundert hatten sie verschiedene Besitztümer in Istrien, im Karstgebiet in Innerkrain (Notranjska), später zogen sie in den Nordosten Sloweniens, in die Steiermark. Das Stammwappen der Herbersteiner ist sehr einfach gehalten – ein silberner Sparren im roten Feld. Kaiser Karl V., der zugleich auch König von Spanien war, erweiterte 1522 zum Dank für die diplomatischen Dienste von Žiga (Sigismund) Herberstein das Familienwappen mit den Symbolen von Österreich (silberner Querbalken auf rotem Untergrund) und Kastilien (goldener Schlossturm auf rotem Untergrund). Über den Wappenschild setzte er das Bild des deutschen Kaisers, des spanischen Königs und des Moskauer Fürsten. Später verbesserte er das Wappen noch mit Elementen einiger ausgestorbener und mit den Herbersteinern verwandter Adelshäuser. Das Adelsgeschlecht Lamberg stammt von görzischen Ministerialgrafen ab und hatte seinen Adelssitz auf dem heute verschwundenen Burg Rittersperg in der Hügellandschaft Goriška brda. Ab dem 14. Jahrhundert breiteten sich die von Lamberg auch in andere Habsburger Länder aus. Ihre Besitztümer waren im 17. Jahrhundert so umfangreich, dass der

Polyhistor Valvasor eine Topographie der Lamberger Besitztümer erstellte und als eigenständigen Band herausgab. Anfang des 18. Jahrhunderts wurde ein Adelszweig zu Fürsten des Heiligen Römischen Reiches erhoben. Dem Adelshaus gehörte auch der erste Bischof von Ljubljana Žiga (Sigismund) Lamberg an. Das einfache ursprünglich silber-blau-rote Wappen der Familie Lamberg wurde im 15. Jahrhundert mit dem Wappen der ausgestorbenen Adelsfamilie Podwein erweitert, mit der die Lamberger verwandt waren. Damals wurde der schwarze Hund (Bracke) mit goldenem Halsband in das Familienwappen eingefügt. Das Adelshaus Thurn-Valsassina gehört zu den ältesten noch lebenden Adelsfamilien in Europa und soll der Überlieferung nach bis hin zu Karl dem Großen zurückgehen. Seit dem 15. Jahrhundert lebte die Familie auch auf slowenischem Boden mit ihren bedeutendsten Herrschaften in Radovljica und Bleiburg. Die Grafen von Thurn hatten großen Einfluss auf die industrielle Entwicklung des heutigen slowenischen Kärntens (Koroška), vor allem im Mežica-Tal. Das Adelsgeschlecht Thurn war stark verzweigt, sodass sich auch die Wappen der einzelnen Linien stark voneinander unterschieden. Allen Wappen war jedoch der rote dreizinnige Turm mit drei schwarzen Fenstern (Herkunftswappen) und der rote Löwe, der die Grafschaft Valsassina symbolisiert, gemein. Auf der Briefmarke ist das Wappen jener Linie der Familie Thurn dargestellt, die nach der steirischen Herrschaft Zbelovo benannt und im 19. Jahrhundert auch Eigentümer des Schlosses Krumperk war. Alle Darstellungen der Wappen auf den Briefmarken stammen aus dem 19. All orders must be paid for in advance. Your invoice will be made in euros. Standing orders are dispatched twice a year – in May and January – or after every stamp issue. Special stamps, illustrated and picture postcards and FDCs can be ordered from the Philatelic Service for one year from date of issue. All orders are subject to availability. A handling charge of €2.13 is placed on all orders under €41.73. No handling charge is placed on orders above €41.73. Cash is not exceptable. You may withdraw the automatic credit card payment authorisation at any time. Prices, term of delivery and products are subjected to change without notice.

600th Anniversary of the Coronation of Barbara of Cilli Herman II Count of Cilli, and his wife Countess Anna of Schaunberg had a large family: three sons and three daughters. Their youngest child was Barbara, born circa 1392. As a result of Herman’s political ambitions, she was betrothed to the King of Hungary, Sigismund of Luxembourg (1368–1437), who was later also King of Germany, King of Bohemia and Holy Roman Emperor. The wedding took place in 1405 and was followed by Barbara’s coronation as Queen of Hungary. Sigismund and Barbara had only one child – their daughter Elizabeth. Barbara of Cilli was a beautiful woman but also ambitious and educated. With a talent for both politics and economics, she did not remain in the shade of her charismatic husband. In 1414, following her coronation with the crown of Germany alongside her husband in Aachen on 8 November, she was a glittering presence at the Council of Constance. In 1437 Barbara was crowned Queen of Bohemia. When Sigismund died she was exiled from Hungary but succeeded in establishing herself in Bohemia. Herman jo je zaradi političnih ambicij zaročil z ogrskim kraljem Sigismundom Luksemburškim (1368–1437), kasnejšim nemškim in češkim kraljem ter cesarjem Svetega rimskega cesarstva. Poroka, ki ji je sledilo kronanje za ogrsko kraljico, je bila leta 1405. Sigismundu in Barbari se je rodil samo en otrok, hči Elizabeta. Barbara Celjska je bila lepa, a hkrati tudi ambiciozna in izobražena ženska; nadarjena tako za politiko kot za gospodarstvo ni ostala v senci karizmatičnega soproga. Leta 1414, potem ko je bila 8. novembra v Aachnu hkrati s Sigismundom okronana z nemško krono, je blestela na koncilu v Konstanci. Leta 1437 je bila Barbara okronana za češko kraljico. Ko je Sigismund umrl, je bila izgnana iz Ogrske, a se ji je uspelo uveljaviti na Češkem. Tam je kot kraljica vdova živela do smrti v letu 1451. Pokopana je v katedrali sv. Vida v Pragi. Die jüngste von ihnen war Barbara, wahrscheinlich im Jahre 1392 geboren. Hermann verlobte sie aus politischen Ambitionen mit dem ungarischen König Sigismund von Luxemburg (1368–1437), dem späteren deutschen und böhmischen König und Kaiser des Heiligen Römischen Reiches. Die Hochzeit, der die Krönung zur Königin von Ungarn folgte, fand im Jahre 1405 statt. Sigismund und Barbara hatten nur ein Kind – Tochter Elisabeth. Barbara von Cilli war eine schöne, jedoch auch ehrgeizige und gebildete Frau. Dank ihres Talents für Politik und Wirtschaft trat sie aus dem Schatten ihres charismatischen Ehemannes hervor. Im Jahre 1414, nachdem sie am 8. November in Aachen zusammen mit Sigismund die deutsche Krone erhalten hatte, glänzte sie auf dem Konzil von Konstanz. 1437 wurde Barbara zur Königin von Böhmen gekrönt. Als Sigismund starb, wurde Sie aus Ungarn ausgewiesen, doch es gelang ihr, sich in Böhmen durchzusetzen. Dort lebte sie als Witwe des Königs bis zu ihrem Tod im Jahre 1451. Združenje Euromed Postal Združenje Euromed Postal je interesno regionalno združenje poštnih operaterjev iz držav mediteranskega področja. Pošta Slovenije je med njegovimi ustanovnimi članicami. Ideja o evro-mediteranskem povezovanju sega v leto 1995, ko je barcelonska deklaracija začrtala tri skupine ciljev povezovanja: oblikovanje političnega in varnostnega, ekonomskega ter kulturnega in socialnega partnerstva. Države Sredozemlja je povezala v evromediteransko partnerstvo (Euromed ali tudi EMP), ki je osrednji okvir odnosov med EU in južnimi mediteranskimi partnericami. Euromed je razvil številne konkretne oblike sodelovanja, med njimi tudi združenje Euromed Postal, ki je bilo uradno ustanovljeno leta 2011 s podpisom sporazuma med ustanovnimi članicami, Pošto Slovenije med njimi, v Rimu. Članstvo v organizaciji, ki zastopa in promovira interese poštnih operaterjev Sredozemlja, prinaša razen poglobitve poslovnega sodelovanja in vzpostavitve dialoga z drugimi poštnimi operaterji v regiji tudi možnost izboljševanja kakovosti, razvoj in trženje novih skupnih storitev in skupne izdaje znamk, kot je ta, ki je izšla 9. julija 2014.

Die Idee einer euro-mediterranen Verbindung reicht ins Jahr 1995 zurück, als die Erklärung von Barcelona die drei Zielgruppen der Verbindung definierte: die Gestaltung einer politischen und sicherheitspolitischen, einer wirtschaftlichen sowie einer kulturellen und sozialen Partnerschaft. Die Länder des Mittelmeerraumes haben eine euro-mediterrane Partnerschaft (Euromed oder auch EMP) gebildet, die den Hauptrahmen der Beziehungen zwischen der EU und den Partnerländern des südlichen Mittelmeerraumes darstellt. Euromed entwickelte zahlreiche konkrete Formen der Zusammenarbeit, darunter auch die Vereinigung Euromed Postal, die 2011 offiziell mit der Unterzeichnung des Abkommens durch die Gründungsmitglieder, darunter auch die Slowenische Post, in Rom gegründet wurde. Die Mitgliedschaft in einer Organisation, welche die Interessen von Postunternehmen im Mittelmeerraum vertritt und vermarktet, bringt neben der Vertiefung der geschäftlichen Zusammenarbeit und der Herstellung des Dialogs mit andern Postunternehmen in der Region auch die Möglichkeit der Verbesserung der Qualität, der Entwicklung und Vermarktung von neuen gemeinsamen Dienstleistungen und gemeinsamen Briefmarkenausgaben, wie die am 9. Juli 2014 erschienene Briefmarke.

Skupni motiv letošnje izdaje je bil izbran na natečaju, v katerem je sodelovala tudi Pošta Slovenije. Zmagala je egiptovska pošta z motivom, prikazanim na znamki.

Das gemeinsame Motiv der diesjährigen Ausgabe wurde mittels einer Ausschreibung ausgesucht, an der auch die Slowenische Post teilgenommen hatte. Gewonnen hatte die ägyptische Post mit dem auf der Briefmarke abgebildeten Motiv.

The Brežice water tower: for a century a symbol of the town and of progress In the 1914 the town of Brežice got its first water supply system. The new water tower had a significant impact on the life of the town, and an even greater impact on its architecture. In the century since it was built it has become a symbol of Brežice, a town known for centuries as an important centre of trade and crafts. The tower, which stands on the corner of the main street leading into the town, on the site of the former town walls, is 46 metres high. The cylindrical tower is topped by an octagonal water tank resting on 16 corbels. The tower is decorated by three small balconies that break up the surface of the six-storey tower, which has a total floor area of 200 m2. The housing of the 150 cubic metre capacity water tank is decorated by timber framing forming a series of eight hearts, in the middle of which are windows screened by shutters. The hearts have captured people’s imagination and have helped create the legend of the love of an important imperial official for a local girl. The architecture is said to symbolise this love and in stylistic terms is a nod to the romantic spirit of the German neoRenaissance. It also recalls the period of Austria-Hungary which, like the rest of Europe, was about to be swept up in the First World War. Along with the water tower in Kranj, built in 1911, the Brežice water tower is the only example of a water tower from this period in Slovenia and, as such, bears witness to an interesting method of solving the problem of supplying water in flat areas. It continued to serve its function, with the help of a power plant, until 1983. Today it is a recognisable landmark, inviting visitors to Brežice from afar. A café operates inside the tower. Der Wasserturm in Brežice, 100 Jahre altes Symbol des Fortschritts und Wahrzeichen der Stadt Im Jahre 1914 erhielt die Stadt Brežice das erste Wasserleitungssystem, das mit dem Wasserturm die Lebensweise der Stadt prägte. Der Wasserturm prägte aber auch das architektonische Stadtbild und wurde in den 100 Jahren seines Bestehens zum Wahrzeichen der Stadt Brežice, die mehrere Jahrhunderte lang eine „wichtige Handels- und Gewerbestadt“ war.

Vodovodni stolp v Brežicah, stoletni simbol napredka in mesta Leta 1914 so Brežice dobile prvi vodovodni sistem, ki je z vodovodnim stolpom zaznamoval način življenja mesta, še bolj pa mesto opredelil arhitekturno, saj je v tem stoletju obstoja stolp postal simbol mesta Brežice, ki so bile več stoletij znane kot »važno trgovsko in obrtno mesto« . Stolp, postavljen na vogalu osrednje vhodne mestne ulice na nekdanje obzidje, je visok 46 metrov, v večjem delu je okrogel, na vrhu pa ga zaključuje osmerokotni rezervoar, ki je postavljen na šestnajstih konzolah. Stolp krasijo trije manjši balkoni, ki razgibajo površino šestetažnega stolpa v obsegu 200 m2. Ohišje rezervoarja z volumnom 150 kubičnih metrov pa je okrašeno z nizom osmih, v lesu oblikovanih src, sredi njih pa so okna, zastrta s polkni. Srca burijo domišljijo in soustvarjajo legendo o ljubezni med visokim cesarskim uradnikom in Brežičanko, kar naj bi simbolizirala arhitektura, ki oblikovno kaže naslon na romantičen duh nemške neorenesanse, kaže še čas Avstro-Ogrske, ki jo je tako kot Evropo takrat zajela prva svetovna vojna. Brežiški vodovodni stolp je, poleg kranjskega iz leta 1911, edini primer vodnega stolpa iz tega časa na Slovenskem ter priča o zanimivem načinu reševanja preskrbe z vodo na ravninskih področjih. Svojo funkcijo je s pomočjo elektrarne opravljal vse do leta 1983, danes pa že od daleč vabi v Brežice, v njem deluje kavarna. Der Turm, der an der Ecke der zentralen Zugangsstraße zur ehemaligen Stadtmauer steht, ist 46 m hoch, größtenteils kreisförmig und hat an der Spitze ein achteckiges Reservoir, das auf 16 Konsolen steht. Den Turm schmücken drei kleinere Balkone, welche die Oberfläche des sechsstöckigen Turms mit einer Fläche von 200 m2 auflockern. Das Gehäuse des Reservoirs mit einem Volumen von 150 Kubikmetern ist mit einer Reihe von acht aus Fachwerk geformten Herzen geschmückt, in dessen Kern sich Fenster mit geschlossenen Fensterländen befinden. Die Herzen beflügeln die Fantasie und gestalten die Legende von der Liebe zwischen einem hohen kaiserlichen Beamten und einem Mädchen aus Brežice mit, die durch die Architektur symbolisiert werden soll. Der Form nach lehnt sie sich an den romantischen Geist der deutschen Neorenaissance an und zeigt auch den epochalen Charakter der österreichisch-ungarischen Monarchie, die damals wie ganz Europa vom Ersten Weltkrieg heimgesucht wurde. Der Wasserturm von Brežice ist neben dem Wasserturm von Kranj aus dem Jahre 1911 das einzige Beispiel eines Wasserturmes aus dieser Zeit auf slowenischem Gebiet und zeugt von der interessanten Art und Weise, die Wasserversorgung in der Ebene zu lösen. Diese Funktion übte der Turm mit Hilfe des Kraftwerks bis 1983 aus und lockt heute schon von Weitem die Besucher nach Brežice. Im Turminneren ist ein Café untergebracht. The purpose and use of the two items remain the same: featuring a preprinted stamp, they can be sent anywhere in Slovenia. The new look letter and postcard will of course also be an attractive addition to many stamp collections.

PISMO IN DOPISNICA V NOVI PODOBI 1. avgusta sta izšla tudi pismo in dopisnica z novo kreativno podobo, tokrat z motivom ptic. Z njima smo tako nadomestili pismo in dopisnico, na katerih je motiv poštnega roga. Namen in uporabnost obeh izdelkov ostajata enaka: z vnaprej natisnjeno znamko sta namenjena pošiljanju po Sloveniji, seveda pa bosta pismo in dopisnica z novim motivom tudi atraktivna dopolnitev mnogih filatelističnih zbirk. Zaradi spremembe cene prenosa dopisnice v notranjem prometu bo odslej na dopisnici nominala B (cena 0,40 EUR), nominala na standardnem pismu ostane seveda A, katere cena je po novem 0,34 EUR. Am 1. August sind auch Briefumschläge und Postkarten im neuen kreativen Design erschienen, diesmal mit Vogel-Motiven. Die neuen Motive ersetzten den Umschlag und die Postkarte mit dem Posthornmotiv. Zweck und Verwendbarkeit beider Produkten bleiben die gleichen: mit vorab aufgedruckter Briefmarke sind sie für Postsendungen innerhalb von Slowenien gedacht. IZŠLO BO NOVEMBRA 2014 Z novembrom se začne tisto obdobje v letu, ko napišemo in pošljemo voščilnice z lepimi željami sorodnikom in prijateljem. Tudi tokrat bodo voščila po Sloveniji in iz Slovenije potovala z novimi rednimi poštnimi znamkami. Izšle bodo štiri redne znamke, dve z božičnima in dve z novoletnima motivoma, tudi tokrat bodo izdane v poli po 50 znamk in v zvežčku. Izšli bosta tudi novi priložnostni znamki iz serije Z žlico po Sloveniji, ki nas tokrat vabita v kulinarično bogato Vipavsko dolino. Na znamkah predstavljamo fižolovo mineštro in vipavske štruklje. Znamki bosta izšli v poli s 16 znamkami (8 x 2), vsaka znamka pa bo imela nominalno vrednost 0,77 EUR.

The stamps feature bean minestrone and Vipava štruklji (boiled strudel). The stamps will be issued in sheets of 16 stamps (8 x 2) and each stamp will have a face value of €0.77.

NEUAUSGABEN IM NOVEMBER 2014 Im November beginnt jene Zeit im Jahr, wenn Grußkarten mit guten Wünschen an Verwandte und Freunde geschrieben und verschickt werden. Auch in diesem Jahr werden die Glückwünsche in und aus Slowenien mit den neuen Dauermarken auf die Reise gehen. Es werden vier Dauermarken, zwei mit Weihnachts- und zwei mit Neujahrsmotiven herausgegeben, und auch diesmal erscheint jede der Briefmarken im Bogen zu jeweils 50 Marken und im Heftchen. Es erscheinen auch zwei neue Sondermarken aus der Serie Gastronomie, die diesmal zur Entdeckung des kulinarischen Reichtums des VipavaTals einladen. Auf den Briefmarken werden die Bohnenminestra und Štruklji (Kochstrudel) nach Vipava-Art vorgestellt. Die Briefmarken werden im Bogen mit je 16 Marken (8 x 2) erscheinen. Der Nennwert der jeweiligen Marken liegt bei 0,77 €.

The new stamp in the Slovene Industrial Design series features the Tomos 4 outboard motor. Like all the stamps in this series, the stamp will be issued in sheetlets of 10 stamps and will have a face value of €0.58. Once again we will look back at Slovene cinema, this time with the Slovene war film Don’t Cry, Peter, which originally came out in 1964 and is this year celebrating its fiftieth anniversary. A stamp showing a scene from the film will be issued in sheetlets of 10 stamps and will have a face value of €0.92. We are also beginning a new series of stamps to mark the centenary of the First World War – in other words of events that took place on Slovene soil between 1914 and 1918. The subject of the first stamp from this series will be the monument to Carniolan John (Kranjski Janez), a figure symbolising all Slovene soldiers from this period. The stamp will be issued in sheets of 25 stamps with a face value of €0.40. This year marks the 140th anniversary of the birth of General Rudolf Maister, and a picture postcard honouring this anniversary will be issued in November. With the November issue we are also expanding our range of personalised postage stamps with new themed frames, this time on the theme of the four seasons. We will offer four new frames with the A, B, C and D rates and in portrait and landscape format.

V seriji znamk Slovensko industrijsko oblikovanje predstavljamo izvenkrmni motor Tomos 4. Kot vse znamke iz te serije bo tudi ta znamka izšla v mali poli z 10 znamkami, njena nominala pa bo 0,58 EUR. Ponovno se bomo spomnili tudi slovenskih filmov, tokrat je to slovenski vojni film z naslovom »Ne joči, Peter«, ki je nastal leta 1964 in praznuje letos 50. obletnico. Znamka s prizorom iz filma bo izšla v mali poli z 10 znamkami, njena nominala pa bo 0,92 EUR. Začenjamo tudi z novo serijo znamk, ki bodo obeleževale 100. obletnico prve svetovne vojne – dogodkov torej, ki so potekali na slovenskih tleh v letih od 1914 do 1918. Motiv na prvi znamki iz omenjene serije bo spomenik Kranjskemu Janezu, ki simbolizira slovenske vojake iz tega zgodovinskega obdobja. Znamka bo izšla v poli s 25 znamkami z nominalo 0,40 EUR.

Letos mineva 140 let od rojstva generala Rudolfa Maistra, zato bo novembra izšla tudi razglednična dopisnica v počastitev omenjene obletnice. Z novembrskim izidom razširjamo tudi ponudbo osebnih poštnih znamk z novimi tematskimi okvirji, tokrat na temo štirih letnih časov. Ponudili bomo štiri nove okvirje z nominalami A, B, C in D, v pokončnem in ležečem formatu.

Im November starten wir auch eine neue Briefmarkenserie, mit der wir den 100. Jahrestages des Beginns des Ersten Weltkrieges begehen, d. h. der Ereignisse, die sich von 1914 bis 1918 auf slowenischem Gebiet ereignet haben. Das Motiv auf der ersten Briefmarke aus der erwähnten Serie wird das Denkmal des Krainer Johannes (Kranjski Janez) sein, das die slowenischen Soldaten aus dieser historischen Epoche symbolisiert. Die Briefmarke erscheint im Bogen zu je 25 Briefmarken mit einem Nennwert von 0,40 €. In diesem Jahr ist der 140. Geburtstag von General Rudolf Maister, daher wird im November zu diesem Anlass eine Bildpostkarte erscheinen. Mit der Novemberausgabe erweitern wir auch das Angebot der persönlichen Briefmarken mit neuen Themenrahmen, diesmal zum Thema der vier Jahreszeiten. Wir werden vier neue Rahmen mit dem Nennwerten A, B, C und D im Hoch- und Querformat anbieten.
