May I take this opportunity to wish you all a very Happy New Year. All of our hotels have been very busy during the Christmas and New Year period offering a range of festive feasts, pantomime trips and Christmas excursions, which has led to many bookings already being taken for the 2018/2019 periods. Don’t delay in booking for this very popular time of year! During the launch of the new brochure, I was pleased to see the Managers and their teams introducing a number of new package holidays for 2018. We are all excited to see how these — and all of our interest breaks — develop through the year. I’m pleased to announce that development works at Treloyhan Manor are now under way. Phase one of the development, the new access road and car parking, is progressing and we anticipate these works being completed by Easter 2018.
We have been discussing what are we looking forward to during 2018 and one of the highlights will be the completion of the restoration of the Osler glass Chandelier and its re-installation in Sidholme’s grand Music Room in February 2018. I would like to thank the Friends of Sidholme Music Room for their support and help with the funding of the restoration work and we look forward to continuing to host the many musical events organised by them.
