Pumpkin Bread Brownies Ingredients: 1-1/2 c. sugar spice 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. butter, softened 2 eggs 1 can of pumpkin pie filling 2 tsp. vanilla extract

1 tbs pump. pie 1 tbs cinnamon 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chop walnuts 1 tsp. baking soda 2 c. all purpose flour

Brown Butter Frosting: 1/2 c. butter 4 c. powdered sugar 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 3 tbsp. milk Directions: 1. Heat oven to 375F. Grease and flour 15x10-inch jelly roll pan. For the bars, in a large bowl, beat together sugar, sour cream, butter, and eggs until creamy. Blend in bananas and vanilla extract. Add flour, baking soda, salt, and blend for 1 minute. Stir in walnuts. 2. Spread batter evenly into pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

This is one of my favorite kitchens for multiple reasons. The floor plan is spacious and convenient for meal prep, but most of all the breathtaking view of Smith Rocks out your Kitchen window. It just doesn’t get better then this.

Crockpot Overnight Breakfast Casserole 1 (30 oz) package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes

Instructions: 1. Grease a large 6 quart slow cooker (or bigger) with cooking spray or butter.

½ lb ground sausage (I used Italian sausage), browned and drained

2. Layer half the hash browns in the bottom of

1 lb bacon, cooked and chopped

3. Top with half the sausage, bacon, cheese,

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 onion, diced 1 green pepper, diced 1 red pepper, diced 12 eggs

the slow cooker. onions, green pepper, and red pepper. Repeat layers with the remaining ingredients.

4. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and sugar.

5. Pour egg mixture over hash brown and cheese layers. 6. Cook on low for 6-8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.

2 c flour

1 tsp baking pwdr

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ginger

1 tsp salt

1 c raisins

Cream shortening, sugar, pumpkin, vanilla and egg in a bowl. Stir in dry ingredients.

Flourless Chocolate Cake 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter ¾ cup white sugar 3 eggs ½ cup unsweetened Dutch-process cocoa powder 2 tsp espresso powder (optional) Preheat the oven to 375F. Prepare an 8-inch non-stick round cake pan. Put the butter and 1 cup of chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat for 1 minute. Stir. Continue heating and stirring in 30second increments until the butter and chocolate are melted and combined. Put the chocolate and butter mixture in a large mixing bowl. Add sugar and espresso powder (if using). Add the eggs and whisk until smooth. Add the cocoa powder and mix until well combined. Pour the batter into the cake pan & back for 20 min. Let cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a plate. Making the ganache glaze: 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips ½ cup heavy cream Put the heavy cream and 1 c of choc chips in pot. Heat over med heat, stir every minute, until cream is hot & choc chips are melted. Stir cream & chocolate until well combined and smooth. Spoon glaze over the top and sides of cake. Cool for 30 minutes at room temperature, then refrigerate the cake for at least 1 hour before serving.
