Product Designer - We Care Solar

Led content analysis and conducted 15+ expert interviews to identify pain points of Solar Suitcase users across 7,605 health centers over CA native reservations. Designed a three-page user manual guide to conduct suitcase pilot installations and help users with different education levels to self-navigate in the setup and tracking of solar suitcase power.
