: Q. Where are you located? A. Christina Frost Photography has a studio located in Converse, TX and serves all of San Antonio and its surrounding areas. Q. Do you Travel? A. Yes! Our sessions include travel up to 15 miles from our studio. Are you interested in a destination session? Contact us today for more details. Q. How early should we reserve our session date? A. This is dependent upon what type of session you’re booking. Are you booking a wedding? 6-12 months is the typical time frame. A newborn sessions? I’ve had some Mommy’s book 8 months out! To ensure you’re session date I suggest booking at least 2 months from your due date. As far as family, maternity and senior portraits I tend to book about a month to two months in advance. My best advice, It’s Never too early to book a session! Q. How long does the editing process take before I receive my digital downloads? A. The average turnaround time per session is about 7-10 days. At this time you can view your proofs online and choose which 15 you would like to download which will then be available the same day. Q. Can I share my portraits online via Instagram, Facebook or other Social Media Sites? A. Of course! Just make sure you add our website www.christinafrostphotography.com or Facebook page: Facebook.com/Christinafrostphotography Q. When should I bring in my Newborn? A. Newborns are photographed between 2 – 10 days old. Please contact me to
book your session at least 1-2 months out from your due date. I reserve set days each month for newborns and because the time frame for newborns is so small it’s very important that you contact me as soon as your little one is home. Q. What should I wear? A. When planning a wardrobe it’s important to keep clothing simple, stay away from logos or patterns. Wear clothing that represents you, if something is uncomfortable don’t wear it, you’ll be able to tell in your portraits. I suggest trying your outfits on at least a week in advance in case you need to make any adjustments. Having trouble picking an outfit? Feel free to message me or look up “What to wear” on Pinterest. Q. Can we take photos at more than one location? A. Yes! A second location will be an additional $30.00 which will be added to your sessions total cost Q. Can you hold my date without a deposit? A. Unfortunately, No. I require a non-refundable retainer fee to reserve your session time and date. If your retainer is not paid within 48 hours from booking your session, I will cancel the date. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but I tend to book quickly and need to keep dates open for all clients. Q. Do I have to pay taxes? A. Yes, if you reside in the state of Texas and we deliver digital files to you within the state, the government does require you pay taxes. Q. Do you ever have cancellations? Or last minute openings? A. Yes! I try to post on Facebook as soon as I have an open session for those interested in an immediate session. Do you need a session right away? Email for details.
Q. What if the weather is terrible? A. If the weather takes a turn for the worst there are two options. You can move your outdoor session to a studio session or we can reschedule to the next avaiable date. Q. How long will my session last? A. A typical family session will last about an hour. Newborns tend to take between 2-3. Couples, Milestones and Maternity Sessions tend to last 45 minutes to an hour. This is just an estimate. Some sessions are complete in a half hour while some newborns take up to 4. Q. Do you offer reshoots? A. Yes and No. If your little one is unhappy or uncooperative we can usually tell within the first 5-10 minutes. In this case we can schedule one reshoot. I do not offer reshoots for adults if it is out of my control. (Example: My hair is flat. I don’t like the way I look. Ect. ) Q.
