2014 Christmas Tree Farm Mini Session Guide
Thank you for booking a Christmas Tree Farm Mini Session with Christina Frost Photography! Mini Sessions are being held at the Seiler’s Christmas Tree Farm. (http://www.seilerschristmastrees.com/)The address is: 4100 Jakes Colony Rd. Seguin, TX. A few Holiday props will also be included for your use. As a reminder your session will be 15 minutes long and include a photography mini session, 10 Digital images, and a Print Release. The sessions will take place Sunday, December 7th and will cost $100.00 plus tax to be paid before or at your session by cash or credit/debit card. (Total: $108.12, $93.12 after deposit deduction) A few reminders: -Mini sessions are sold out at this time. If you paid a deposit to hold your session time it will be deducted from your total. If you did not you are required to pay the total ($108.12) no later than the start of your session. -Payments can be made by cash at the beginning of your session or by credit card PRIOR to your arrival. Please message me right away for an invoice.
-Your session is only 15 minutes long, be prepared to be photographed right away. -Please be on time to your session. If you are late there is no guarantee you’ll be photographed. For example: If you arrive 5 minutes into your session you will only have a 10 minute session. -Please look at the directions and estimated time it will take to arrive at the Christmas Tree Farm in advance. Because this is out of the city limits it will take a bit of time to get to. I want to make sure all families arrive on time and get wonderful Christmas photos! -Make sure babies and children are well fed so they’re happy. Please make sure your child’s face is clean and remember to Smile! -Please wait outside the photography area until it’s your session start time. This will ensure the prior client gets their full time and you’ll get yours as well. -If you have any special request photos please let us know by Friday, December 5th. We’ll try our best to photograph those special memories. How will I receive my digital downloads? After your session you’ll receive a link and password to your
online album. Once there you’ll have access to you images for two weeks, and will be able to download your high resolution images as well as a print release. You can also share this album with family and friends! The best part of digital mini sessions is that you’ll receive your images in about 48 hours.
