2014 NATIONAL CONFERENCE
Harnessing our Collective Impact
Gold Coast, Queensland Mecure Resort, May 2014
WELCOME FROM THE CEO
CONFERENCE SPONSORS
HARNESSING OUR COLLECTIVE IMPACT GOLD SPONSORS
The current human services landscape in Australia presents many challenges. Over the past 18 months Employment Services have been operating in an ever-changing environment with increased compliance requirements and funding model challenges. Despite this, we have not only survived – we have increasingly become the partner of choice. We have shown that collectively we can adapt to address these short-term issues. The question is - can we continue to evolve to ensure the long-term sustainability of the organisation? The Employment Services industry is at a critical juncture and whilst it remains important to our sustainability, the time to realise our full potential is now. Embracing diversification and offering a wider scope of services, will mean that we are well-placed to be a driving force in realising the aspirations of disadvantaged Australians. This conference is all about transformation. Not starting from scratch, but taking the best of what we have and combining it to make our vision reality - harnessing our collective impact.
We all share a passion and core belief that the seeds of change must be sown within our local communities, by our local communities. When this community approach is supported by a backbone of coordination, measurement and communication, it becomes a powerful proposition...our unique proposition.
This is our story thus far. It's time for us to write the next chapter.
SILVER SPONSOR
I warmly welcome you to this year's national conference and hope by the end of it, you are as excited as I am about the journey that lies ahead.

Kinetic Super is the industry fund that's passionate about keeping people connected to their super because we know things change. Wherever you work, whatever you do, we can help you take control of your super at every stage of your life and career.
Our business has evolved from a single broking house with five employees just a few short years ago to a national group today represented by six Australian Financial Services Licenced entities (AFSL) operating out of 10 locations across the country employing in excess of 200 staff and authorised representatives.
For over 20 years, we've worked throughout Australia across various industry sectors. Today we manage $2.4 billion in retirement savings and operate for the benefit of over 300,000 members.
Across PSC Insurance Group Pty Ltd we have a range of licenced entities (AFSL) that offer a range of commercial/SME solutions that can be tailored to meet your individual needs.
With low fees, a history of strong investment performance, a range of investments, comprehensive and great value insurance, we're committed to providing quality products and services for our members.
Collectively across our six licenced entities we are recognised as one of Australia’s leading risk management and insurance broking organisations providing risk financing, insurance, risk management and claims management solutions.
We're the fund that challenges attitudes towards super and helps people bring the same energy and control they have for their life, to their super. Kinetic Super – the super that moves with you.
Since the establishment of the PSC Insurance Group network we have acquired the business of Tartakover Insurance Brokers, Leonard Brown Insurance Brokers, Coastwide Insurance Brokers, Horsell International, Worldwide Sports Insurance, CTM Insurance Brokers, Blackadder Kelton Insurance Brokers and BM Insurance Brokers into our Group.
