#Everson you’re really an amazing young phenomenal figure, can you tell us about yourself and how you became this great Everson we all know today was it embodied in you from childhood? F irst of all thank you for this amazing feauture, l really am grateful.”Amazing Phenomenal Figure?”wow thank you. -Full name is Everson Kudakwashe Chieza. l am 23 years old, 24 on the 7th of August. Born in Zimbabwe, based in Botswana A Film and Theatre Arts degree holder, acquired at Midlands State University. l am a sporty person, l play soccer, basketball, an athlete and also a fitness trainer. l also enjoy travelling and exploring different corners of the world. l’m a photographer, l love everything Art related.(MR ART AT HEART) and a happy eater(food is Bae) ln all honesty, growing up l was a quiet and shy kid. (Most people l grew up with are still shocked that l am actor). This pushed me to reading psychology books because l wanted to cure myself. In the process l turned to making sure that people around me were happy becaue l knew how it felt to be unseen. This birthed my outspoken alter ego. l made the indirect decision to be an actor after analysing A Midsummer’s Night Dream in my Literature class. This experience inspired the desire to bring joy, heal, guide, teach and protect through acting/story telling. l then went on to study Film and theatre arts at Midlands state University, l haven’t stopped acting since. Art gave me a voice and the power to express myself not just as an actor but it has changed my life and mindset. l realised theres more to my life than what meets the eye and all we have to do is be creative, express and explore. l also picked up poetry, photography and have never looked back since. # Everson you’re beyond any doubt an inspiration to many people and a role model too, what are the daily habits that help define who you really are? I am blessed to have been born in a God fearing family, first thing we do as a family everytime we wake up is have devotion and prayer. Then l go work out, help out around the house.l read business books, art books atleast one chapter and a bit of fiction. Listen to music, have time to respond to most people who support me, if its a busy typical business day, l am editing and going out to meet clients. But thats generally my daily habit. # You’re an amazing actor and most Zimbabweans are in love with your character in the “Wadiwa wepamoyo “series, what really inspired you to venture into acting as a career? A rt is all l have and art is all l’ll give. Art at HeArt. To give a give a voice, to inspire, to educate, to entertain, to heal... l don’t have a real reason, everything just added up to me being here. KUDAKWASHE. # Everson you have grown to become the talk of the town, how are you copying with popularity? Has the attention been positive or negative? l ’m still trying to overwhelmed, l’m still trying to rap my head around the fact that people think l’m a celebrity. lt’s hard but l am slowly embracing it. The attention has been really positive, Zimbabweans are so full of love and support for their own, the only negative part about this popularity is some people have forgotten that l’m as human a they are. But that’s something we can work through. Thank you Zimbabwe for the love and support. All l can ask for is for you prayers and l promise you, we will definitely wave the Zimbabwean flag hire and bring our brothers and sisters on board. # Everson how has living outside influenced your life in general? I t made me explore the best of both worlds. l am able to embrace a lot of our African culture which has been alive way before borders, ubuntu, botho, hunhu. As an actor l am able to embrace other cultures and portray them as they are because l have learnt life in general requires someone who is open to new corners of life. It has taught me Acceptance. # You are well built with a really good modelling body structure, are you in the modelling? h ahaha l love working out just to have a good body. Modelling has always been part of my dream but after a number of NOs l had to turn away from it, hence me also being a photographer to give a shot to every child with the same dream. but yes l want to be in the modelling industry. Beauty Brains The Angelic Voice &
Everytime when I just want to find a peaceful moment with myself, I put on my earphones, close my eyes and press play to ‘Murapi song’. This song is majestic, it makes me feel goosebumbs deep inside me. It opens all the wounds and heal them at the same time. I cant find the right words to explain how my spirit is moved by this song hence I took it upon myself to search for this amazing medium who was used by God himself to heal his lost and forgotten children. The Gospel Artist behind this song is a beautifu, humble, virtuous young woman who blew my mind from the first conversation with her enriching talks. During an exclusive interview Petronellah Sengwayo said,
# Hi Petty, so it’s part of our culture as Zim Influencers Magazine to start with this popular request, can you please tell us a little bit about yourself and what exactly makes Petronellah Sengwayo this unique and amazing figure? S o Petronellah is a female who’s passionate about praise and worship. I started singing in church at seven and never stopped. # Petty what really inspired you to get into music, was it the angelic voice or there is more to the backbone? M usic is a part of me, I was born singing haha well not literally but it’s a gift I was born with. It’s the reason I’m still alive today. # Petty the ‘ Murapi’ song sent waves all over social media, its literally stuck on replay every morning when I woke up. In your own words what’s the real meaning of the song? S o this song, Murapi is a prayer for healing from the Devine healer. It’s an encouragement to all who need healing physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally to call on Jesus Christ, the ever present help in time of trouble. It’s also a reminder to all believers that we overcome by the blood of the lamb and the word of our testimony! # Petty do you think it’s easy for young women to establish themselves in the entertainment sphere, what challenges are they facing? I t’s easy in my opinion because there’s a void and hunger for more women to occupy that space in the industry so all we have to do is occupy. It’s also difficult given the roles society expects us to play. #How can one contact you for a blessed enriching performance or speaking? F or bookings you can contact me on my Facebook page@ Petronellah Sengwayo/ @ Petronellah and Instagram page @Petronellah... Don’t forget to visit my YouTube channel @ Petronellah Sengwayo and subscribe as well “Well truth be said, ‘Murapi’ is a song I dreamt about a few months before the pandemic and I remember waking up not understanding why God was giving a song which sounded like a prayer by a sick person when I was not sick. I didn’t sit down to write it, I only released it now because the world needs healing now. I just wanted to remind us that there is a healer who is readily available and all we have to do is call on Him and Believe for all things are possible for those that dare to believe. So the inspiration behind releasing it now is to encourage all of us to call on Him and be saved as it is promised in Romans 10:13 that whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. With that being said this song is serving as a profession of the redeeming power of the blood of Jesus Christ during this Covid 19 Global pandemic.”

“ “ The Idea Of Flying Dazzles My Imagination
Meet Seth Van Beek, a boy who can fly. W hen we go out looking for Young Phenomenal Zimbabwean Influencers, we search for the young and vibrant, people who are not scared to dream big whilst buried under horrible circumstances. We look for people who defy gravity, people who know what they want from life and are willing to fight head on until they acquire their rightful inheritance. Meet Seth Van Beek a young phenomenal man who defied all odds and became the youngest pilot not only in Zimbabwe but globally at large. He didn’t allow his roots to define his destiny. While his age mates were busy chasing paper planes, Seth made a vow to himself that his best gift for his 18th birthday would be an authenticated Aviation License. Seth grew up in a normal household with a strong single mom who stood by him and supported him in every way possible. His mother allowed him to dream and according to Seth, she still remains his biggest inspiration. This young genius has made headlines and he surely has become an inspiration to many young people in an African community. At only seventeen Seth already knew that he was destined for greater heights, he was determined and focused to pursue his dream of becoming a pilot. Standing in his shoes and coming from a third world country where such dreams are deemed unrealistic by the society, I am surely blown away by the level of dedication this young man has. Seth beyond doubt has brought hope to a native child. During an interview Seth told us about how he became really principled from a young stage in life and also knowing what he wanted to achieve in life, made it easier for him to fight off peer pressure. Seth Van Beek got his license to fly passenger airliners after completing 18 months of training and 150 hours in the air before he passed with flying colors. Seth was born in 2001 and in 2010 he moved with his family back to Zimbabwe from London to pursue his education. He did his Primary School from grade 4 to 7 at Christian Brothers College in Bulawayo. In an exclusive interview Seth shaded more light on how he participated in many multi-cultural activities in school and he strongly believe that had a greater role in building his passion and desire of becoming a pilot. During his aviation Course, Seth admitted that he was the youngest student and being around old grown people forced him to mature really fast. He became determined and focused than ever and he always got motivation from his other colleagues. Curious to know what really drives Seth to dream so big, he responded from a point of humility and said, “I believe that country or location should never hinder anyone from trying to achieve their goals or dreams because many great people have not come from favorable backgrounds. If you never try, you’ll never know, so if you give up on your dream because you feel at a disadvantage you’ll never know if you would have achieved it If you had just pushed that extra bit harder.”
