THE INSTITUTION Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology (SKCET) was established in the Golden Jubilee year of Indian Independence 1998 with 180 students, 18 staff and 4 branches of B.E. In a span of 13 years it has grown in size and stature. Presently more than 3000 students are studying in 6 branches of B.E./ B.Tech., 5 branches of M.E., MBA and MCA. The College has a modern Library covering an area of 55,000 Sq.ft with international standards. The College has a separate Placement and Training division and maintains a good placement records. The college is one among the best self financing Engineering colleges imparting high quality of technical education in TamilNadu.

THE DEPARTMENT The Department of Computer Applications makes every effort to enrich the knowledge of students through value-based education. It also strives to be a center of intellectual inspiration for the students and staff members and the changing society and to grow horizontally by rigorous research in diversified area by faculty.
