Interefrential currents of Infinity are adjustable in intensity and they are also horizontally adjustable in frequency. In fact, INFINITY allows the operator to modify the carrier frequency from 2 KHz to 20 KHz, keeping constant the intensity. Without varying the intensity, it is possible to set frequencies more able to make stimulation, or more able to reduce pain or with biological effects; it shall be also possible to set a range of frequencies whit the combination of those mentioned effects.

INFINITY may deliver all the low and medium frequency currents for doing iontophoresis, stimulation, pain therapy by using TENS and diadynamics currents, Trabert, Kotz and interferential bipolar and quadripolar, veno-lymphatic stimulation. On request, it is also possible to provide the unit with the High Voltage generator at 500 V. The most effective rehabilitative strategies could be performed only from the most clever operators; and the most clever operators only need the best devices, able to satisfy all their requirements. This is why, INFINITY, without any compromise, is provided with several special features able to satisfy all the most sophisticated requirements. From the full range of available currents to the possibility to mix galvanic current to every rectified current; from the manual and automatic polarity changes to the possibility to store a wide range of customised protocols where several currents could be automatically entered and delivered. An we may go on with several further special features; INFINITY is probably the most powerful electrotherapy device and, like all the other ROLAND 2 units, it also includes a wide range of pre-set protocols and memories for customised protocols. The operator may combine INFINITY to any further ROLAND 2 generator, but it is also possible to enter from 1 to 4 different universal electrotherapy generators. That means, the operator may get from 2 up to 8 output channels. Each generator may deliver all the low and medium frequency currents and it is provided with its own parameters and its own time-length for treating from one to four different parts or patients.
