Having trouble with behavioral questions in interivews? Check out these tips for help! • Be aware of phrases like “Tell me about a time...” or “Give me an example of..”. Those are your clues that a behavioral question is coming! • Always include a concrete example in your answer so the interviewer can learn more about your behavior in certain situations • Remember the STAR technique: Situation - describe the background of the example Task - describe the challenge you faced Action - how did you overcome the challenge? (This is most important!) Result - what happened because of your actions?

Internships provide hands-on international experience that TCU students can apply in their classrooms, future careers and beyond.
