The complainant asserts that Attorney Hagan is aware of these actions but continues to submit falsified information to the Court and proceed with the case.The case, which should have been straightforward, has turned into a complex web of deceit, fraud, and consistent felonies committed by Aviles and Ryan Thomas Chilton. The actions of Aviles, a law student recently expelled from The University of Memphis's Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and an employee of the renowned Huron Consulting Firm, have raised concerns about her mental health. Both Aviles and Chilton are unlawfully holding the two young children against their mother's will, constituting kidnapping under Tennessee and Florida statutes. Furthermore, they are violating multiple laws, including Tennessee laws, Florida statutes, the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution, UCAPA, the Uniform Child Abduction Prevention Act, and the UCCJEA, the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act. An ongoing investigation is currently underway regarding the abduction of these children and the potential crimes committed against them. Cases have been initiated with the Memphis Police Department, Memphis Child Protective Services, and the relevant Florida authorities. Additionally, the complainant has contacted the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children to address the gravity of the situation. The heart of the complaint focuses on Attorney Hagan's alleged inconsistency in presenting false information to the court. The complainant has provided evidence disproving the assertions made in Attorney Hagan's filing, highlighting deliberate attempts to introduce false information into the court system.
