THE CHRONIC TAROT BOOKLET
INTRODUCTION The honest wonder of conversation is that it forces us to unpack the mess in our head and to put it into words. You can only say one of the ten thousand things going through your mind at a time, which makes that one thing clearer - ANONYMOUS The Chronic Tarot Deck uses patterns, colours, and symbols to help the reader find meaning in their lives. The goal of the deck is to help the reader sort through their thoughts and feelings and to help them gain an understanding of themselves. The deck is based off of the traditional Thoth tarot layout with 78 cards. The deck is divided into 22 major arcana cards, and 56 minor arcana cards. The major arcana charts the journey of the fool through all the universal stages of life. The minor arcana is divided into the four basic suits; Swords (thoughts), Cups (emotions), Wands (spirituality), and Disks (physical properties). Within each of these suits are the four court cards (Princess, Prince, Queen, and King) as well as ten numbered cards. When reading the Chronic Tarot, it is important to look at reoccurring patterns in a reading such as colour, number, suit, and astrological and planetary signs. Patterns can signify an important aspect of your life that needs tending to and can help to make a reading clearer. If a colour or pattern provokes a feeling or thought that is not associated with that card, don’t discredit it. The deck is at your mercy and is waiting for you to personalize it!

The Chronic Tarot deck is designed to identify the challenge cards and affirmation cards.
