Jacqueline Scott

The Outlook is the high school newspaper of Central High School in Saint Joseph Missouri. Central's claim to fame is in being the "Oldest high school West of the Mississippi," which is evident in our newspaper's long standing tradition of excellence- it has been in publication since the 1900's. The Outlook is produced nine months of the year, September through May. In the 2011-2012 school year, the Outlook switched from a strictly print publication to an online news magazine.
