สารจากผู้อานวยการดนตรี ในปีพ.ศ. 2563 นี้ เป็นโอกาสสาคัญของการก่อตั้งวงซิมโฟนีออร์เคสตราแห่งจุฬาลงกรณ์ มหาวิทยาลัย ในพระอุปถัมภ์สมเด็จพระเจ้าพี่นางเธอ เจ้าฟูากัลยาณิวัฒนา กรมหลวงนราธิวาส ราชนครินทร์ ครบ 30 ปี เราเติบใหญ่และมีพัฒนาการทางด้านดนตรีอย่างต่อเนื่องในหลายๆ ด้าน ด้วยจานวนคอนเสิร์ตที่นาเสนอในแต่ละฤดูกาลคอนเสิร์ต ประเภทของบทประพันธ์เพลงที่มี ความหลากหลายในคอนเสิร์ต อีกทั้งจานวนผู้ชมที่เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง และการขยายกลุ่มอายุ ของผู้ฟัง รวมทั้งการผลิดอกออกใบเป็นวงดนตรีอีกหลายรูปแบบ ทั้งนี้เพื่อสืบสานพระดาริของ สมเด็จเจ้าฟูากรมหลวงฯ ในการเผยแพร่ความรู้ทางด้านดนตรีคลาสสิกให้แก่เยาวชนและ ประชาชนทั่วไป คณะนักร้องประสานเสียงจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย (CU Concert Choir) เป็นกิจกรรม ทางดนตรี ที่วงซิมโฟนีฯ ได้จัดตั้งขึ้น เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะทางด้านดนตรี (Musicianship) การ บรรเลงกลุ่ม (Ensemble) ให้แก่นิสิตผู้เข้าร่วม ส่งเสริมพื้นที่การเรียนรู้สร้างสรรค์ และการเป็น ศูนย์กลางดนตรีเปิดโอกาสให้เพื่อนนักดนตรีจากสถาบันการศึกษาต่างๆ ผ่านงานประพันธ์ที่มี เนื้อหาทางด้านดนตรีอย่างเข้มข้นภายใต้การอานวยเพลงของ ดร.ภาวศุทธิ์ พิริยะพงษ์รัตน์ คอนเสิร์ตครัง้ นี้เป็นการจัดแสดงโดยมีผู้เข้าชมเป็นครั้งแรก ภายหลังจากสถานการณ์แพร่ระบาด ของโควิด-19 แต่ยังคงจากัดจานวนผู้เข้าชม แต่อย่างน้อยก็เป็นนิมิตหมายอันดีที่จะทาให้พวกเรา ได้กลับมาพบปะกับผู้ชมทุกท่านในเร็ววันนี้ ในนามของวงซิมโฟนีออร์เคสตราแห่งจุฬาฯ ผมขอขอบคุณสถาบันและหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องทุกฝุาย รวมทั้งเจ้าหน้าที่ทุกส่วน ตลอดจนนักดนตรีและผู้ปกครองที่มีส่วนร่วมให้การ แสดงครั้งนี้สาเร็จลุล่วงเป็นอย่างดี ผศ. พ.อ.ชูชาติ พิทักษากร ผู้อานวยการดนตรี

ภาวิณี ปัพพานนท์ Pawinee Pubpanonda ภาวิณี ปัพพานนท์ สาเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญา ตรี คณะครุศาสตร์ สาขาดนตรีศึกษา เอกขับร้องสากล จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย และระดับปริญญาโท เอกขับร้อง จาก University of Northern Colorado ประเทศ สหรัฐอเมริกา ภาวิณีเคยได้เข้าร่วมการแสดงอุปรากรร่วมกับ UNC opera theatre เช่น Albert Herring ประพันธ์โดย Benjamin Britten, The proposal ประพันธ์โดย Milton Granger และ Die Zauberflöte ประพันธ์โดย W. A. Mozart Pawinee Pubpanonda graduated from the Faculty of Education in Music Education at Chulalongkorn University And master degree from the School of Music at University of Northern Colorado, USA. Pawinee also performed opera with the UNC opera theater while she was studying there, such as from Albert Herring by Benjamin Britten, The proposal by Milton Granger and Die Zauberflöte by W. A. Mozart
ภาธร สวัสดิสุข Pathorn Swasdisuk ภาธร เริ่มร้องเพลงในวงขับร้องประสานเสียงตั้งแต่ยังเด็ก และได้พัฒนาศักยภาพทางดนตรีผ่านการขับร้องและอานวยเพลงวง ขับร้องประสานเสียงตั้ง แต่ศึกษาในระดับมัธยมศึกษา ภาธรได้รับ คัดเลือกให้เข้าศึ กษาต่อ ในโครงการรับนั กเรียนผู้มีค วามสามารถ พิเศษระดับชาติทางศิลปะ เพื่อศึกษาการขับร้อง การขับร้องประสาน เสียง การอานวยเพลงและการสอนดนตรี ณ สาขาวิชาดนตรีศึกษา คณะครุศ าสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย โดยได้ศึกษาการขับร้อง จากอาจารย์วีวรรณ โทนชัยและอาจารย์ ดร. กิตตินันท์ ชินสาราญ และศึกษาการอานวยเพลงขับ ร้องประสานสียงจาก อาจารย์ ดร. ภาวศุทธิ์ พิริยะพงษ์รัตน์ ภาธรเคยเป็นสมาชิกของคณะ นักร้องประสานเสียงเยาวชนไทย คณะนักร้องประสานเสียง The Bangkok Voices ปัจจุบัน ภา ธรเป็นสมาชิกและผู้ช่วยสอนให้กับคณะนักร้องประสานเสียงจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ในปีพ.ศ. 2560 ภาธรได้รับคัดเลือกให้เข้าร่วมฝึกซ้อมและแสดงร่วมกับคณะนักร้อง ประสานเสียง World Youth Choir ซึ่งเป็นคณะนักร้องประสานเสียงเยาวชนที่คัดสมาชิกมาจาก หลากหลายประเทศทั่วโลก โดยภาธรเป็นชาวไทยคนที่ 2 ที่ ได้รับการคัดเลือกให้เข้าร่วมฝึกซ้อม กับ World Youth Choir โดยได้ทาการฝึกซ้อมและแสดงคอนเสิร์ตในประเทศฮังการี เซอร์เบีย บอสเนียและเฮเซอร์โกวีนา โครเอเชียและสโลวีเนียภายใต้การอานวยเพลงของ Zoltán Pad และ Ken Wakia และได้รับคัดเลือกให้เข้าร่วมฝึกซ้อมและแสดงร่วมกับ World Youth Choir อีกครั้งในปีพ.ศ. 2561 ณ เขตปกครองมองโกเลียใน และเมืองปักกิ่ง สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ภายใต้การอานวยเพลงของ Helene Stureborg และ Jonathan Velasco โดยภาธรเป็นชาว ไทยเพียงคนเดียวที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกให้เข้าร่วม World Youth Choir ถึง 2 ครั้ง ในด้านการขับ ร้องเดี่ยว ภาธรได้รับคัดเลือกเป็นผู้ชนะในโครงการ PYO Call for Soloists 2020 โดยสถาบัน ดนตรีกั ล ยานิ วัฒนาเพื่อแสดงบทเพลงซิ มโฟนี หมายเลข 9 ของ Ludwig van Beethoven ร่วมกับวงดุริยางค์เยาวชนสถาบันดนตรีกัลยาณิวัฒนาในเดือนมกราคม พ.ศ. 2563 ภาธรสาเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี (เกียรตินิยมอันดับ 1 เหรียญทอง) จากสาขาวิชา ดนตรีศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย
Pathorn, residing in Bangkok, Thailand, has started singing since a very young age and continues to gain experience through singing in choirs and conducting a choral ensemble of his fellow upper secondary school students. He was later accepted to pursue his music studies in Music Education at Chulalongkorn University in National Level of Artistic Talents Scholarship Program, where he studies choral music and conducting, voice, and music pedagogy from the Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University. Pathorn has studied classical singing with Weewan Tonechai and Dr. Kittinant Chinsamran, and choral conducting with Dr. Pawasut Piriyapongrat. Pathorn was a member of Thai Youth Choir, The Bangkok Voices, and currently a member of Chulalongkorn University Concert Choir, where he is tenor section leader and a teaching assistant. In 2017, Pathorn was selected as member of the World Youth Choir to rehearse and perform in Hungary, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia and Slovenia under the direction of Zoltån Pad and Ken Wakia. Pathorn was selected again for the World Youth Choir summer session 2018 in Inner Mongolia and Beijing, Republic of China, with Helene Stureborg and Jonathan Velasco as conductors. He is the only Thai singer who has been selected to join the prestigious choir twice. Pathorn also excels as a solo singer. Early in 2020, he was awarded the Winner of PYO Call for Soloists 2020 and performed Beethoven’s 9th Symphony with Princess Galyani Vadhana Youth Orchestra. Pathorn has graduated with Bachelor of Education in Music Education (1 st Class Honor, Gold Medal) from Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University.
ภาวศุทธิ์ พิริยะพงษ์รัตน์ Pawasut Piriyapongrat ภาวศุทธิ์ พิริยะพงษ์ รัตน์ จบการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี (เกียรตินิยม) ด้านดนตรีศึกษา จากคณะครุ ศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย จากนั้นจบการศึกษา ระดับปริญญาโทด้านดนตรีค ริส ตจักรและปริญญาเอก ด้านดนตรีขั บร้ องประสานเสี ยง จาก University of Southern California ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา ในระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2550-2552 ภาวศุทธิ์ได้รับ เชิญจากสานักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรม กระทรวงวัฒนธรรม ร่วมกับสมาคมขับร้อง ประสานเสียงแห่งประเทศไทย เป็นผู้อานวยเพลงวงขับร้องประสานเสียงเยาวชนไทย ซึ่งก็ได้สร้าง และพัฒนาวงขึ้นให้มีคุณภาพการแสดงตามมาตรฐานที่วงเยาวชนแห่งชาติพึ งมีในระดับเดียวกับ ประเทศทางตะวันตก ในปี 2550 ในปีเดียวกันก็ได้ก่อตั้งคณะนักร้องประสานเสียงจุฬาลงกรณ์ มหาวิทยาลัย (Chulalongkorn University Concert Choir) นาเสนอผลงานเพลงขับร้อง ประสานเสียงที่หลากหลายและยังไม่เป็นที่คุ้นเคยให้แก่ผู้ฟัง ตั้งแต่เพลงจากยุคเรอเนสซองส์ไป จนถึงเพลงคลาสสิกร่วมสมัย ในรูปแบบตั้งแต่วงขนาดเล็ก ขับร้องแบบไม่มีดนตรี ไปจนถึงเพลง ขนาดใหญ่ขับร้องร่วมกับวงออร์เคสตรา ในเดือนพฤษภาคม 2557 ได้นาคณะนักร้องประสาน เสียงจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยประกวดในรายการ Venezia in Musica ได้รับเหรียญทอง ประเภท Mixed Chamber Choir นอกจากนั้นยังร่วมงานกับวงซิมโฟนีออร์เคสตราระดับ อาชีพชั้นนาของประเทศโดยเตรียมวงขับร้องประสานเสียงออกแสดงร่วมกัน รวมทั้งเตรียมวงขับ ร้องประสานเสียงให้กับ Andrea Bocelli เมื่อครั้งมาแสดงที่ประเทศไทยอีกด้วย ภาวศุทธิ์ มีผลงานและกิจกรรมเกี่ยวกับขับร้องประสานเสียงอยู่เสมอในฐานะผู้อานวย เพลงรับเชิญ ผู้ฝึกซ้อมวงขับร้องประสานเสียง กรรมการตัดสินการประกวด และวิทยากรของ สถาบันและหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ ปัจจุบันเป็นอาจารย์ประจาสาขาวิชาดนตรี ศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย
Pawasut Piriyapongrat earned her Bachelor's degree in Music Education with honors from Chulalongkorn University; and Master of Music in Church Music and Doctor of Musical Arts in Choral Music from the esteemed University of Southern California, where she studied choral conducting with Dr. William Dehning. Piriyapongrat conducted Thai Youth Choir, a national youth choir under the Ministry of Culture, during 2007-2009. During the term of her direction she brought the newly-founded choir to a high standard in the short time allotted. In 2007 she started Chulalongkorn University Concert Choir, and has been introducing to the music patrons of Thailand variety of classical choral repertoire. She has conducted Chulalongkorn University Symphony Orchestra performing Thailand premier of numerous important and challenging larger choral works. In May 2014 Chulalongkorn University Concert Choir, under Piriyapongrat’s direction, won a gold medal in a competition, Venezia in Musica 2015, in the Mixed Chamber Choir category. She has also collaborated with professional orchestras in Thailand including Bangkok Symphony Orchestra, Siam Philharmonic Orchestra, and Mahanakorn Symphony Orchestra performing Andrea Bocelli World Tour Concert in 2015. Piriyapongrat is very active and well-known in the Thai choral scene as a leading choral conductor, clinician, and an adjudicator in Thailand and internationally. She dedicates much time and energy in bettering choral standards in Thailand through her initiatives that include various workshops, an annual choral festival, and choral camps for university choirs in Thailand. She is currently a full-time professor of Music Education Division, Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.
