Because it is a space for the youth, gender and origin-related issues do not affect the access to and the use of the space too much, but there are still some inadequacies in terms of security when people who are not students of the dormitory can feel free to go in and out, thus crooks may break in to steal something.

This is the private yard of the university dormitory, but people can still use it for individual or group purposes, such as doing exercise, cultural rehearsals, etc., provided that it does not affect the curricular activities of the classes or rooms in the dormitory.

The majority of the users here are students studying at neighboring universities or living near the dormitory or in the dormitory, and young people from other places coming to use the yard for sports activities.

Because this space has been specifically planned as a training ground, pathways and sidewalks, it is not misused. However, the lack of infrastructure still remains a problem. A net should be installed to ensure safety of outsiders walking on the sidewalks or staying in the dormitory rooms as the ball may hit them. Since the majority of users are young immigrants living in the dormitory, many of them still feel hesitant to use this space or some other spaces to avoid attention.
