This public space is separate from the streets with heavy traffic flows, surrounded by restaurants and stalls.

The space is large and designed around the lake, with many trees, having all the elements of a typical public space, such as lake, park benches, sidewalk tea shops, trees, etc.

The space is suitable for people to stay outdoors with many types of sports, a lake in the middle helping regulate the temperature and ensuring cool air for the whole area.

At night, the site is rather deserted, the light is dim, not suitable for women and children to walk. There are also some youth groups that go fishing even though there are signs that say no fishing or swimming in the lake.

People primarily come here to have a rest and do simple exercise. Young people tend to organize collective sports, such as badminton, shuttlecock, some groups (mainly young adults and older, males) go out for fishing.
