KidZone is the name of the children’s work run by Church in the Peak (Matlock). KidZone’s aim is to help your child grow into and develop a personal relationship with Jesus. KidZone leaders are there to support the work that you are doing with your child and make church an exciting place that your child wants to come to.
Smarties Tube Update Last month, we collected in the Smarties Tubes and I’m delighted to say that the kids had raised over £22. This money has been passed to Sarah Smith in Ghana. Sarah regularly has 35+ kids turn up for KidZone and her current record is 42. Since January this year, she has seen at least 90 different children! It is wonderful to be a part of God’s wider family. Sarah says: “I am very thankful for the money that KidZone UK has raised for KidZone Ghana! It's great to be remembered by the children and money to buy different things is always useful. “So I've used the money to buy a new blue football, some card and glue for our craft sessions and will use the remainder to buy
When we next collect the Smarties Tubes in, the children will be given a replacement tube (with the Smarties still in!) to fill up again.
