at the Center for Health & Wellbeing is Heart Health Month! Heart disease is one of the most widespread and complicated health challenges, both in the United States and around the world. This February, make a commitment to your health with some simple lifestyle changes – your heart will thank you!

Did You Know? Research suggests that regular social interaction and social connectedness play an important role in heart health. How? Staying connected with friends and family can mitigate stress and fend off depression—both of which are risk factors for heart disease.
