PRE ASSESMBLY
Mark on the panels where the tufting will be placed (tac stitch) Glue tufting pieces and place them on panels press down with weights and leave for 12 hours
Attach single collar panels to collar stand plain 0.5cm standard Collar and stand Attach lapel facing with top collar plain 1cm standard Facing and collar
Hem bottom of the jacket and sleeves Plain 5/3cm standard jacket
FINISHING
Add button holes and attach buttons by hand Finish the collar and lapel with trimming stitch. Carpet Edge stitch 1cm 4ply yarn Lapel and collar
Stitch back panels together and stitch vent French 1cm standard Back panels
Stitch Shoulder seams together French 1cm Standard Front and back panels
Stitch sleeve panels together and sleeve vent French/ plain 1cm standard Sleeve Stitch sleeve into armhole French 1cm Standard Body panels to sleeve
Stitch under arm/side seam French 1cm Standard Body and sleeve
Attach bottom collar/collar stand to neck hole Plain 1cm standard Body panels and collar/stan d

Glue down any remaining tufting sections around seams that couldn’t be previously.
Add the lining small strips to cover where the tufting has been glued down, hand stitch using a slip stitch into place Slip stitch 1cm standard Lining onto body
SPECIFIC NOTES / FINISHING:
Tufing gun needs to be used for textile work. Industrial sewing machine needed for main construction of garments

Sew lining panels together, side seams and inner seams of each leg together then turn one leg insideout and place the other inside to sew up the crotch to the zip step.
