Steak Salad

IINGREDIENTS A Beef steak – sirloin or rib eye Half a cucumber, thinly sliced 2-3 birds eye chillies 3-4 tbsp lime juice 3-4 tbsp fish sauce or soy sauce Small bunch of mint leaves 1 stalk lemons grass ½ tbsp sugar 2-3 tomatoes 1 onion 1-2 stalks of celery
METHOD 1. Thinly slice cucumber, tomatoes, lemongrass, celery and chillies. 2. Chop mint leaves roughly. 3. Grill beef steak until it’s cooked to your preference, rare, medium or well done (I prefer medium) then slice thinly. 4. Put everything into a bowl, add lime juice, sugar and fish or soy sauce and mix well.
