GRAN HABANO PRESENTA // ANNOUNCES GEORGE RICO EL ENEMIGO

Después de muchos años de trabajo, George Rico se complace en presentar su último proyecto, el homónimo George Rico El Enemigo bajo su G.A.R. marca. El Enemigo debutó en la feria comercial TPE 2023 en Las Vegas y se distribuirá en abril. Los cigarros serán exclusivos para los titulares de cuentas ultra premium del 20º Aniversario participantes, que suman 200 minoristas en todo el país. Solo estarán disponibles 1,000 cajas de cada tamaño durante el primer año y posteriormente tendrán una producción limitada.

“Después de muchos años de crear proyectos en mi fábrica Gran Habano, he decidido entrar en mi etapa de Rōnin en mi viaje de mezcla. Espero seguir aprendiendo de los demás y elevar mi oficio de mezclar cigarros. Este proceso me ha llevado a mi primer proyecto “El Enemigo” fuera de mi fábrica en una de las fábricas de cigarros mejor establecidas en la República Dominicana. Estoy realmente enamorada de la mezcla final. Es algo totalmente diferente a lo que he fumado de la fábrica y da una perspectiva completamente diferente de cómo se pueden fumar los mismos tabacos cuando se mezclan de manera diferente. Espero más colaboraciones en los próximos años y espero que puedan disfrutar de mi mezcla utilizando tabacos únicos y técnicas de liado”. - George A. Rico

After many years in the works, George Rico is happy to introduce his latest project, the self-titled George Rico El Enemigo under his G.A.R. brand. El Enemigo debuted at the 2023 TPE trade show in Las Vegas and will be shipping out in April. The cigars will be exclusive to the participating 20th Aniversario ultra-premium account holders, which number 200 retailers nationwide. Only 1000 boxes of each size will be available for the first year and will be in limited production subsequently.

“After many years of creating projects at my Gran Habano factory, I have decided to enter my Rōnin stage in my blending journey. I hope to continue to learn from others and elevate my craft of blending cigars. This process has led me to my first project “El Enemigo” outside of my factory at one of the most established cigar factories in the Dominican Republic. I am truly in love with the final blend. It is something totally different than what I have smoked from the factory and gives a completely different perspective on how the same tobaccos can smoke when blended differently. I look forward to more collaborations in the years to come and I hope that you can enjoy my blend utilizing unique tobaccos and rolling techniques.” -
