Denimheads look to a series of reworked utility style items for the ultimate workwear look. Bellows-pocket jackets act as an alternative to the trucker, particularly sporty cagoule styles. The utility-all continues for women, but with a contemporary, cleaned-up attitude. Herringbone, crisp chambray and wax treatments all have roots in traditional utilitywear.

Heavy washes produce pale grey-blue or faded red casts and work with subtle dirt tints to produce authentically aged-looking garments.
An evolution of the sashiko and boro trend, we look to delicate hand-stitch repairs to lend a crafted feel to denim. Patchworks combine a variety of contrasting tones and textures, haphazardly layered for a live-in look.
Ultra short inseams have a flirty attitude. Extreme dolphin hem detailing. Loose fits in supple lightweight denims and chambrays. Indigo knits for extra comfort. Smarter looks emerge with glossy finishes and color blocking. 21 032

Pink, across the spectrum, is a key unisex colour for S/S 16. in this modern-retro theme, soft pastel shades dominate the kitsch 1950s styling to add a playful touch to pared back, contemporary casual shapes. The predominant vintage sentiment driving S/S 16 sees green casts emerge in a variety of tones and intensities. Inspired by industrial and naval workwear of the early 20th century.
Destruction and repair remains an essential surface trend for denim, with extreme damage and simple indigo panelling emerging as the most commercial looks. Exaggerated knee blowouts are key for women. Glitzy embellishments lend a polished edge to frayed and shredded surfaces.
