But...I don't like my school in the United States.
I prefe my Guatemalan school.

We moved to Oakland. It is close to San Francisco.

Oakland is a big city! I was very impressed.

In Guatemala, my town was very small. It wasn't a big city like Oakland.

I was very impressed by the city of San Francisco too.

We went to the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco. It is an enormous bridge and it was very impressive.

We took a cable car in San Francisco. The cable cars in San Francisco are very famous.

We went to Chinatown, or the Chinese neighborhood in San Francisco. It impressed me a lot too.

But

I did NOT like my new school in Oakland.

The teachers spoke in English. I did not speak English, I spoke Spanish. English

I did not like that the teachers were speaking English. English

I was very confused in the American school in Oakland.
In my school in Guatemala, I had not been confused.
