Access Events operates from a 300m2 factory where our collective experience comes together to bring brands & events to life. We have worked with the 2012 Olympics, European Games, Formula E, converted the Berlin tower into a giant football 260m above Berlin and had the Silver Surfer riding the London eye.

We have been asked to create an eternal sunset by Scandinavian artist Olafur Eliasson in the Tate Modern where we converted the entire turbine hall into a weather project, a 4200m2 technical rigg accompanied with fine mist. 20th Century Fox wanted a 1000m2 3D image of the Silver Surfer from the Fantastic Four and Access was called upon to engineer, build, produce & deliver their launch. We have wrapped the Reichstag in Berlin in 100,000m2 of artistic fabric for the Bulgarian artist Cristo, a record never beaten.
Conceived, created and presented to FIFA was the conversion of the Berlin TV tower into a giant 38m diameter football for the world cup. These are just a few examples of our projects.

Whether you need light weight mobile digital screens for your events, permanent road-side displays, out of home advertising solutions, stadium replay screens, exhibition stands or integrated small format digital signage we can assemble in our workshop and customise your screen with bespoke framing, full prop integration and manage your content.
12kg/m2 and 25mm thick which is perfect for travelling events and structures that cannot handle standard LED screen weight. Wherever you need your screens, our technicians can manage ground works for 96 sheet digital billboards as well the highest level of rigging by our certified IRATA access technicians & riggers. LCD touch-screens can be built into any bespoke or standard housing you require.
