The new B 150 R ride-on scrubber drier from Kärcher is full of customer-oriented design innovations and accessories to make cleaning safer, more convenient and more productive.

Thanks to features like interchangeable cleaning heads, DOSE detergent dosing unit, tank rinsing system, different battery options and side brush pre-sweep system, the machine can be precisely tailored to the unique requirements of our customers, whatever their application.

Standard features like the unique KIK operator key system ensure safety, economy and operator confidence are maximised, and the Advanced model with all-wheel drive provides very high levels of traction and stability, as well as a faster operating speed.

1 Operator comfort Spacious operating area with intuitive controls, well-padded adjustable seat, and superb visibility thanks to narrow footprint, flat sides and short overhangs. Kärcher’s unique KIK system puts supervisors in control by enabling them to set individual operator parameters including language (17 to choose from), speed and detergent dosage, minimising costs and increasing operator confidence.

2 High productivity and economy Kärcher’s unique eco!efficiency mode reduces water and power consumption as well as noise, and is perfect for areas that are cleaned regularly. The DOSE detergent metering system ensures only the correct amount of detergent is used, and different detergents can be selected instantly. The Advanced model features all-wheel drive, providing faster operating speed (up to 10km/h) and greater traction for steep inclines. Despite its compact dimensions, the B 150 has 150 litres water capacity and 36V batteries that provide very long running times. The optional side brush kit (R heads only) reduces the need to prepare a floor by providing a pre-sweep function.

3 Total convenience The B 150 R is packed with small features like the on-board charger, fresh water tank auto-fill, and on-board storage for manual cleaning tools. The built-in tank rinsing system (standard on the Advanced version) ensures that the dirty tank is cleaned straight after each use. Two versions are available – mains-fed or fed from the fresh water tank. The latter also enables water from the fresh tank to be re-used for any rinsing tasks. Small details, but ones that add up to increased convenience and productivity.

4 Kärcher quality Kärcher’s extensive R&D and testing, as well as sophisticated manufacturing and quality control processes are evident throughout the machine. Raising and lowering of the cleaning head and suction bar are fully automated, and built-in safety features like the flashing beacon and suction bar suspension system minimise the risk of damage or breakdown. The KIK system also ensures that the machine is tailored to suit each operator, and a large colour screen provides function information.
