New development in our region continues to build a community everyone can enjoy.
LOVELAND Residential Development The ChimneyRidge subdivision, on Butterworth Road in the Warren County portion of the city, is home to Loveland’s 2022 Homearama event! The development includes 30 new single-family homes, and the event features seven beautiful homes, September 3rd through September 18th. A 25-unit Zicka Homes condominium development along State Route 48 will include sidewalks for pedestrian accessibility into the downtown business district. Commercial A portion of the city’s Master Plan includes developing 8/35 acres in between the downtown Loveland area

and the Loveland-Madeira corridor to include park development and office buildings. The Loveland Madeira corridor plan will also include some exciting improvements such as new lighting, benches, and landscaping. The city’s Commerce Park continues to thrive with only two vacant sites. In the downtown business district, the city will focus on a streetscape plan to include additional seating and park space. A new turn lane from State Route 48 onto West Loveland will begin to ease some traffic into the area. The Bridge into the downtown area will see both structure and cosmetic upgrades. A parking facility is being considered to invite more guests into the downtown area. The parking facility would
include an new access point into the downtown area as well. Thanks to grants awarded to the city, many of the parks have new playground equipment and upgraded landscaping. Visitors in the downtown Loveland area can now enjoy complimentary WI-FI thanks to the city’s Unicity free wifi program with Cincinnati Bell. Infrastructure The city has begun construction on a new, “green” public works building at its Loveland-Madeira Road facility complete with solar panels to add power.
