GREAT GAINS

New development in our region continues to build a community everyone can enjoy.

LOVELAND Residential Development

The ChimneyRidge subdivision, on Butterworth Road in the Warren County portion of the city, is home to Loveland’s 2022 Homearama event! The development includes 30 new single-family homes, and the event features seven beautiful homes, September 10th through September 25th.

A 25-unit Zicka Homes condominium development along State Route 48 will include sidewalks for pedestrian accessibility into the downtown business district.

Commercial

A portion of the city’s Master Plan includes developing 8/35 acres in between the downtown Loveland area and the Loveland-Madeira corridor to include park development and office buildings. The Loveland Madeira corridor plan will also include some exciting improvements such as new lighting, benches, and landscaping. The city’s Commerce Park continues to thrive with only two vacant sites.

In the downtown business district, the city will focus on a streetscape plan to include additional seating and park space. A new turn lane from State Route 48 onto West Loveland will begin to ease some traffic into the area. The Bridge into the downtown area will see both structure and cosmetic upgrades. A parking facility is being considered to invite more guests into the downtown area. The parking facility would include an new access point into the downtown area as well.

Thanks to grants awarded to the city, many of the parks have new playground equipment and upgraded landscaping.

Visitors in the downtown Loveland area can now enjoy complimentary WI-FI thanks to the city’s Unicity free wifi program with Cincinnati Bell.

Infrastructure

The city has begun construction on a new, “green” public works building at its Loveland-Madeira Road facility complete with solar panels to add power. Nisbet Park will see many upgrades in 2022, the first being a brand-new larger gazebo. The park plan also

shows a walking loop, water access, a sculpture, and updated amphitheater. A large focus will be on the upgrading of the city’s roads that have not been improved in many years.

SYMMES TOWNSHIP Residential Development

Symmes is a premier residential community located in Hamilton County, Ohio. Symmes off ers an excellent school system and zero earnings tax to residents. Residents enjoy community events throughout the year in more than 197 acres of sprawling park space. Outstanding police and fi re services, excellent schools, and a thriving business community make the area attractive for all.

Infrastructure

Road paving and curb replacement projects continue to be a priority. Storm water line replacement with township equipment replacement is also ongoing. Park improvements will include updated security, restroom upgrades, and fi eld and furniture replacements.

Business

Over 15 new businesses now call Symmes Township their home. Exciting new restaurants, health and wellness businesses, spas, and boutiques are just a few of the businesses that opened in Symmes Township.

MIAMI TOWNSHIP

Miami Township is a 33 square mile community located in Northwest Clermont County, Ohio. Boasting fi ve beautiful parks and a full-time police and fi re department, it’s been the perfect place for over 15,500 residents to call home.

Residential Development

Miami Township boasts the 13th most populated township in Ohio and is

home to 30,000+ jobs. New homes in the $350,000–$800,000 range are currently under construction in six subdivisions.

Infrastructure

Improvements to roads, walking trails, and stabilization are happening this year. The addition of Pickleball courts and improved parking lots at Miami Meadows Park will happen in 2022.

Business

Six of the largest privately-owned businesses in the region are in Miami Township. New restaurants recently or soon to be opened include Wings & Rings, the Miamiville Trailyard, and locally-owned All Hail the Biscuit. Additional medical and retail development is in the pipeline for construction this year.
