Fueling Up Although Homearama offers refreshments, be sure to take some time to check out some of the amazing food available nearby. Just around a mile away in historic Downtown Loveland, you can get a Neapolitan pizza or a plate of fresh, house-made pasta at RODI Italian. For a luxurious take on the farm-to-table experience, check out Tano Bistro. Their menu is an elevated take on a little something for everyone, from tater tots to jambalaya to everything in between. If you’re jonesing for a burger, you can’t go wrong with a trip to Paxton’s Grill. Go for the glory with the Big Paxton, the grill’s 10-ounce, cheese- and bacon-topped namesake. Or head around the block and enjoy some barbeque at the Wicked Pickle; the outdoor seating pairs perfectly with a cool beer on a hot summer day. Don’t skip dessert—especially since you have your pick of sweet treats in Downtown Loveland. Cocoa Bites bakery is the perfect place to grab a cupcake or cookie (plus some for home, of course), and you can’t beat the Loveland Dairy Whip when it comes to a cool treat. Finally, if you have visitors in town for Homearama, don’t forget to treat them to some Cincinnati favorites. They won’t forget The Schoolhouse Restaurant, housed in a former 1860s schoolhouse—or their fried chicken. And of course, any Cincinnati host would be remiss to forget Graeter’s Ice Cream on their list of must-see (or rather, must-taste) attractions.
