Actions "I wish I was where I was when I wished I was here" A man without friends is a man who can't fully enjoy life. I seldom end up where I wanted to go, but almost always end up where I need to be. Douglas Adams After you have accomplished a goal, look around to see whether you lost something or someone in the process. "Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned." -BuddhaGood friends are like stars. You don't always see them, but you always know they are there. “Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.” “An idea that is developed and put into action is more important than an idea that exists only as an idea.” -Buddha“You will not be punished for your anger, you will be punished by your anger.” “It is a man’s own mind, not his enemy or foe, that lures him to evil ways.” -BuddhaGrandparents Raising Grandchildren. 0212255108

One liners insults for that person in your life Most of us have one/them
I bet your brain feels as good as new, seeing that you've never used it. You have no trouble making ends meet. Your foot is always in your mouth! You must be the arithmetic man -- you add trouble, subtract pleasure, divide attention, and multiply ignorance. I used to think that you were a big pain in the neck. Now I have a much lower opinion of you You used to be arrogant and obnoxious. Now you are just the opposite. You are obnoxious and arrogant. If you were twice as smart, you'd still be stupid. Come on have You always have your ear to the ground. So how's life in the gutter? a laugh Someone said that you are not fit to sleep with pigs. I stuck up for the pigs. You are the kind of person who, when one first meets you, one doesn't like you. But when one gets to know you better, one hates you. Believe me, I don't want to make a monkey out of you. Why should I take all the credit? They say that two heads are better than one. In your case, one would have been better than none. If I told you that I have a piece of dirt in my eye, would you move? FAMILY VIOLENCE CAN HARM YOUR CHILD FOR LIFE Babies and infants are precious. Everything babies and toddlers experience affects their brains forever. The way you treat our children counts – and it counts long term. Children are not tough. They are not too young to notice. They do not just get over it. Love care and attention will help children to become happy and stable adults. Shouting, hitting, violence, abuse and ignoring your child have a very bad effect on your baby’s and young child’s brain development. This can cause problems later – at school; as teenagers; as adults. Parenting can be tough but one of the most important things you can do is provide a safe home, calm and free from violence for your children. If you get early help the risk of the children suffering long term effects will be less. To get help talk to someone you trust. A support agency that helps family's. Support after a suicide Grief Support Services facilitates a support group for people who have been bereaved by suicide. This group runs for 8 consecutive weeks and is for 5 – 8 people. The attendees of our most recent group want to share this with you: “Did you know that talking about feelings is part of being sane? It helps with mental wellness and helps keep mental illness away. Be brave. Be wise. Find someone you can REALLY talk to and if someone talks to you, LISTEN”. It can be difficult to know what to say or do to support a person who is having suicidal thoughts. Here are some ideas: Things to do Try to keep calm. Believe and respect the person. If they want to talk, listen or find them someone who will listen to them, and let them talk honestly. If they don’t want to talk, just be there. Let them know you realise this is very hard for them. Try to make the environment safe from any means of harm. If you are very concerned, get help immediately, contact your doctor or local mental health service 0800 800 508. If you need to, call 111. Things to avoid Judging or making the person feel guilty for feeling as they do. Laughing at or shaming the person. Ignoring them. Getting very angry at them. Daring them to do it. Leaving them alone or without support (support doesn’t necessarily have to be provided by you) Telling them to snap out of it Minimising the problem Adapted from MOH brochure ‘Having suicidal thoughts?’ WORLD SUICIDE PREVENTION DAY Memorial Service Where: Edgewater Fan, The Strand, Tauranga When: Thursday 10 September 5:30pm. CC’s Bay Of Plenty Community News Letter, Phone: 07 5755 181 ... Email: ccsbopcommunitynewsletter@gmail.com (Page 6) It’s time to talk about pedestrian crossings.
Stop !!!
Stop !!!
It is not accepted that when on a pedestrian crossing cars continue to zoom past you. This has happened on several occasions lately and on different crossings. Fashion Island crossing. I was cr ossing the r oad when a young girl drove over the pedestrian crossing in front of me cutting me off … I pointed at the crossing but I don’t think she even saw me?… rather stunned by this I continued to do my bits and when I was returning to my car another car did the same thing on the way back!!! Driving in front of me on the pedestrian crossing...this time a male. Unbelievable. The Library Crossing Maunganui Road I was crossing the pedestrian crossing when yet another car zoomed past… this time a lady I don’t believe that people don’t know the road code regarding pedestrian crossings. This is lack of driving skills and time people become more responsible when getting in a car to drive. Sooner or later somebody is going to be killed ...It just might be a child. So now when I go to cross a pedestrian crossing I stand and wait to make sure that the car is stopped before I step out ..and then I see the driver showing signs of the hurry up looks and see them muttering. Please have some patience for pedestrians as they may have had an encounter with cars not stopping for them .. And have fear of walking onto the crossing with moving cars approaching. And for those people crossing on a pedestrian crossing be wary don’t just walk out thinking the cars will stop and make sure you hold your children back from the crossing.
Sharing The Road with pedestrians On average, 36 pedestrians are killed and 1000 pedestrians are injured on New Zealand roads every year. Many of these deaths and injuries could be prevented if drivers took more care when using our roads. Please look out for pedestrians whenever you're behind the wheel.
Pedestrian safety for drivers •Always be ready to stop near schools, bus stops and pedestrian crossings. •Be careful when driving past parked vehicles. Pedestrians may walk out without warning. •You must slow down to 20km/h when passing or coming towards a school bus that has stopped to let children on or off, no matter which side of the road you are on. •Watch out for elderly people or people with disabilities. •Take special care near roadside stalls and parked vendors. Pedestrians visiting these may forget to watch for traffic when crossing the road.
Pedestrian crossings A pedestrian crossing is an area of road that has white stripes marked across it. It is used by pedestrians and people using mobility devices (such as motorised wheelchairs and similar devices) and wheeled recreational vehicles (such as skateboards and foot-propelled scooters). Some crossings have raised islands in the middle, creating a ‘refuge' where pedestrians can stop. These are helpful for pedestrians crossing wide, two-way roads or multi-lane roads, because they allow them to walk across one direction of traffic at a time. As you drive towards a pedestrian crossing, you will see pedestrian crossing signs before the crossing and black and white poles at the crossing. The poles are mounted with fluorescent orange disks, or round yellow lights that flash at night. White diamonds are generally painted on the road before the crossing, and a white limit line shows you where to stop. When coming up to pedestrian crossings: Slow down and be ready to stop for any pedestrians stepping onto, or on the crossing. This also includes people obviously waiting to use the crossing If there is no raised traffic island in the middle of the crossing, stop and give way to pedestrians on any part of the crossing If there is a raised traffic island in the middle of the crossing, stop and give way to pedestrians on your half of the road wait until the pedestrian has crossed in front of you and is clear of your vehicle before you proceed - see give way rules.
Never overtake a vehicle that is slowing down for a pedestrian crossing or has stopped to let someone cross. Resource NZ transport agency: www.nzta.govt.nz

Sacred Journey Healing
You may be asking why Microsoft is essentially giving away Windows 10 free for a year. The main reason seems to be that they are very aware of how badly people reacted to Windows 8. So, as a gesture of good faith, Microsoft is giving all those who’ve endured Windows 8/8.1 a free upgrade. And, further, they offered the same to Windows 7 users. However, in all this, no one seems to be sure what happened to Windows 9. The only reason I’ve seen is that Microsoft really are keen to distance themselves from Windows 8 so went all the way to Windows 10. I will repeat my advice from last month. I recommend being patient for a couple of months and let others find any remaining problems that weren’t found in Microsoft’s extensive testing program. After all, the free upgrade offer lasts 12 months, so no need to rush. This has become a tradition with any complex software, such as Windows, that runs on a PC as there is an almost endless variety of hardware and software combinations on people’s computers resulting in it being almost impossible to anticipate all situations. Thus, some problems get missed, and who knows what damage they may cause. I can give further advice on Windows 10 and how it might work for you. Give me a call (07-579-9930 or see my ad for other contact details). David Kings Computers

A Sacred Journey Healing is a unique form of healing. The client’s intention for the healing is used as a guide into a dynamic meditation, a "journey" to and through realms beyond our five senses. This journey is done with respect, love and compassion. The client is assisted to heal the manifestations of disharmony on all levels; Spiritual, Mental, Emotional and Physical, resolving it from its source and throughout all life times, past, present and future. Spiritual intrusions arising from hostile thoughts, emotions, or acts sent consciously or unconsciously by our self or another can be taken into our body, causing discomfort and pain which can become chronic. During the healing these intrusions can be extracted. Disassociation, feelings of incompleteness or not being fully present are like holes, an emptiness, which is often filled with addictions. These ‘holes’ (soul loss) are caused by our natural survival mechanism in which part of us splits off to reduce the impact of trauma. Sometimes these parts, which left to preserve our qualities, don’t come back because they don’t know it is safe to return. During the healing these lost soul parts can be retrieved. Sacred Journey healing is profound in helping with: Lineage patterns, mental illnesses, depression, tiredness, suicidal thoughts, hearing voices, chronic misfortune, powerlessness, karmic completion, clearing oats and curses. It can also assist in clearing your home and land. .

SEPTEMBER HOROSCOPES Aries This is your month to solve problems even if you need to force your opinion. You will receive stellar support. New possibilities and goals at work to be explored. Keep active to clear your mind. Energize your lover with a treat and a yummy outing. Taurus It feels like a large scale war and it is at planetary level so do not be discouraged. Best to keep your opinions to yourself and not impose your advice. Just amuse yourself by watching the antics of others in your field of vision. Gemini Tough times ahead but transform the negative with your ability to communicate with pizazz and charm. People listen to you but they will be put off by the drama. Stay cool and don’t fall for easy money. Your twin is playing up and opposing your common-sense so keep them in check. Cancer Watch out for cruelty from others. You are defenceless but just knowing that this nasty behaviour doesn’t belong to you will help you tremendously. Be decisive and act on what you already know. Avoid the limelight this month. Leo You feel intensely positive and parade a magnificent performance. However, financially you will be restrained. Take your time to find solutions. On the love front, some positive dramatic events come your way. Yes you are allowed a little madness, so make it memorable. Yahoo! Virgo This is your lucky month. Success in finance and surprises in fortune so go for a walk on the wild side at work. Focus on your own global change. Blaming lovers for walking away will only darken your life so perhaps realize that you were part of the problem in the first place. Libra Love is in the air. Be sensual and listen, your frequency is romantic. At work, you can cope with the ill winds blowing in the background, especially in the first two weeks. You can forge ahead with your business ally but reserve some energy for play. Scorpio You are stuffed – exhausted. The pressure is on at the beginning of the month. Don’t rely on luck to get you through, be cautious. You know your sweetheart’s weakness so avoid taking your frustrations out on the home front. Sagittarius You have vitality plus this month. You will be “on to it” and well-organized. Your plans will succeed at work but rely on your own capabilities more so than others. New approaches by entrepreneurs need to be tested first. Take care of the family, they need your protection. Capricorn Life sucks! You have unscrupulous enemies. Focus and be original to surprise the opposition. Keep allies informed of your plan but remember that most people prefer a positive presentation of the facts – yours need to be adamant. Your lover may have an urgent request. Aquarius This is a promising time and you have the ability to manage any urgent situation. You are in top form to perform tasks. You will receive a bonus at work. No complaints on the home front, appreciate your darling and be a home body at the end of the month. Pisces Go baby go! You have energy to take action and finish those projects. Nose to the grindstone and focus on the important areas. In your relationships, reconnect with those you may have put on hold. Enjoy the last week and be determined to have some fun – you deserve it.

CC’s Bay Of Plenty Community News Letter, Phone: 021 501 200 ... Email: ccsbopcommunitynewsletter@gmail.com (Page 11) Weird or Not Right In The Head I think we all know that teenagers are often ‘weird’, or as Nigel Latta puts it, just not right in the head, and we, as the big people know that this IS a passing phase and it shall pass given time. After all the best cure for 15 is 16……isn’t it Nigel! While we as a society complain and moan and wring our hands over the behaviour over some teenagers, we often lose sight of the ‘better behaved’ ones. Some wags would say that the better behaved ones are the ones that don’t get caught…..and while there MAY be some truth in it lets remember how perfect we were during those teenage years……if you suffer from Amnesia, go talk to a big person who was around at that time! A while ago a friend watched while I spoke with a couple of teenagers on a business matter, and she was impressed at the wonderful way these two people conducted themselves…..she even rang the school to congratulate them on their work. Remember that people grow in confidence and ability when they get acknowledged and encouraged and sometimes if we as a society took the time to look we might discover that there are some great teenagers doing some great things for the world in which they live. If you see a teenagers doing something great, tell them, even if they are complete strangers, in passing, tell them they are doing a great job…….watch them grow a couple of inches! It takes a community to raise a child and YOU are part of that community. So do something that challenges you, find a teenager and find something good to say TO them, not behind their back but to their face. In time they might not remember your name (if they knew it in the first place) or where or when, but the way you made them feel with stay with them for a long time. To parents who have teenagers in their home, do the same, give them a hug, thank them for doing something. I always remember a little phrase that was given to me, use the CRC system to get them to make a change if you need to: Commend, Recommend & Commend….see if it cures 15 for you…..it might Have a good month, stay warm. Hazard of the Month: Pandemic With flu season upon us we thought it timely to talk about pandemics! Did you know that in New Zealand an influenza pandemic is the most likely event to cause a large scale health emergency? The internationally accepted definition of a pandemic is “an epidemic occurring worldwide, or over a very wide area, crossing international boundaries and usually affecting a large number of people”. Pandemics have a wide range in timing, severity, and number of people affected making them unpredictable. However unlike other civil defence emergencies, global and national surveillance systems usually result in some advance warning (possibly weeks) of a potential pandemic. There are also numerous plans and regulations in place to help reduce the potential for and the spread of a pandemic within New Zealand. In terms of planning for a pandemic at home there are a number of things you can do to minimise the impacts and prevent the spread. Have a plan and an emergency survival kit with plenty of food and bottled water, wash your hands regularly and thoroughly, cover sneezes and coughs and try to prevent the spread of germs For more information on how to get prepared for pandemics visit the Bay of Plenty Civil Defence website on www.BOPCivilDefence.govt.nz (where you can also subscribe to receive email and text alerts which will keep you informed in the event of an emergency).

We do not think we are the only people who have the answer to problem drinking. We know that the A.A. program works for us, and we have seen it work for every newcomer, almost without exception, who has honestly and sincerely wanted to quit drinking. We are united by our common problem, alcohol. Meeting and talking and helping other alcoholics together, we are somehow able to stay sober and to lose the compulsion to drink, once a dominant force in our lives. Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for A.A. membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions. A.A. is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy; neither endorses nor opposes any causes. Our primary purpose is to stay sober and help other alcoholics to achieve sobriety. For more Information please call 0800 229 6757 or visit AA.org.nz You are welcome to attend an open meeting of Alcoholics Anonymous at 11 Victoria Road Mount Maunganui St Peters Hall every Tuesday evening at 7.30pm. There are other meetings every day of the week in Tauranga you can get the details from the AA web site or by ringing 0800 229 6757.

It may also include threats to cause harm Psychological Violence (sometimes referred to as emotional or verbal abuse) includes put-downs, name calling, jealousy, harassing, screaming, using degrading language, insults, criticism, harming pets or animals, isolation from family and friends, and threats to leave the relationship or to commit suicide if the victim does not co-operate Sexual Violence includes unwanted touching or sexual activity, raping and forcing victim into unwanted sexual practices. Matt ceiling secret that can save you money and grief
30% OFF
Modern matt painted ceilings look wonderful because they fool the eye into not seeing joins, cracks and nailheads BUT there is a nasty secret that builders and painters forget to disclose: It is just about impossible to clean a matt ceiling without creating ugly rub-marks in the paint finish! You really notice these when the sun is low in the sky in the morning and early evening. Why does this happen? This happens because no matter how gentle you are, as soon as you touch and move any cloth, mop, wet wipe or any other cleaning agent on a matt ceiling it flattens the “mattness” and creates a shiny mark! Once you have damaged the ceiling like that the only fix is a costly re-paint! So what is the solution? There are only two solutions to this problem. 1.spray the dirty ceiling with an emulsifier or detergent (depending what it is up there) wait a few minutes to let it do it’s thing. Then very gently dab the ceiling with a damp, good quality microfibre cloth. (This probably will not work for mould but this is covered in a future article) 2

People with diabetes are at greater risk of experiencing hypoglycaemia (low blood glucose). This is because alcohol blocks the production of glucose from the liver as it works hard to remove the alcohol (toxin) from the body’s systems. Weight gain and increased lipid levels are also potential side effects of alcohol consumption.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO? Discuss with your doctor if it is okay for you to drink alcohol. Limit yourself to 1-2 drinks per session and avoid drinking more than twice a week. Never eat on an empty stomach. Maintain regular carbohydrate intake. Monitor blood glucose levels (BGL) before during and after drinking. This is really important before bed to avoid hypoglycaemic episodes while asleep. Avoid sweet/dessert wines, liqueurs and premixes. Add water or ice to your drinks. KEY MESSAGE People with diabetes can enjoy an occasional drink but understanding the risks and careful management is required. Tayla Watson and the Diabetes Nurses

The roads in town are for everyone. We should expect pedestrians and cyclists. About one third of crashes are caused by SPEEDING If a child steps out 45 metres away and the vehicle is travelling at 60km/h by the time the alert driver reacts and brakes, the car will still be travelling at 44km/h when the child is hit. There is a one in three chance that the child will die. ►If a vehicle hits a person at 50km/h, the risk of death is 40% ►If a vehicle hits a person at 60km/h, the risk of death is 70% ►If a vehicle hits a person at 70km/h, the risk of death is 96%

A few photos of my trip to share… Visiting the Islands is a bit of a wake up as to how lucky we are here. I'm sure it would become a shock to many if they had to make a change of living and give up all the comfort things around them. The cooking leaves a bit to be desired and handling of food ... I did brave the chippy's. Mixing with the people was a good experience even though there were communication difficulties. The people were friendly and the children loved to have a photo with you. The beach was amazing with a different texture of sand … I enjoyed the village surroundings, warm temperature even though there were patches of rain. The tree structures so different to here in New Zealand. The fresh coconuts were to die for…. So yum not like the coconuts we buy here in NZ. Seeing the boys climb the trees and cut the coconuts for the tourists…One learnt fast to try to hand the correct money over when buying anything as there was no change Lol ...I had no problem donating a few dollars to the boys doing the coconuts.

No stopping him eating on the way. When trying to stop him eating he packed it and decided to do a trot...mmmm the walk out in the water was lovely Disney was behaving well so he must have liked the water. The drive through the village and town was eye opening with the quality of the roads, buildings … Again we are so lucky here in New Zealand.
Villa Ocean Walk: This was amazing words are hard to find for this. The guides were amazing and looked after us with upmost care and safety. The tank is lowered onto you which holds you down in the water. If you are not heavy enough you have a weight belt put on for extra weight… Lol I did not need this. We walked on the bottom of the ocean it felt like walking on the moon … it was a slow walk with the guides handed us bits from the area to hold and then gave us bread to feed the fish ...this was awesome they were nibbling at my arms and hands. Very much recommend this to anyone travelling to Villa.

Email: ccsbopcommunitynewsletter@gmail.com (Page 22) NEVER SAY “IT WONT HAPPEN TO ME” Everybody needs to be aware Don't ever leave your drink unattended. !!! Drink spiking - where alcohol or drugs are added to your drink without your knowledge - is sadly an increasing problem. Motives for drink spiking vary from someone's idea of a sick joke to robbery or sexual assault and it's not just females who are at risk. Don’t accept drinks from strangers or leave drinks unattended. If someone offers you a drink, go to the bar with them. Buy or pour your own drinks and know what you are drinking. Don’t drink something you did not open, or see opened or poured. If you’re unsure about your drink, leave it. If you feel dizzy or sick, ask someone you trust to take you to a safe place. If you are alone or can’t find your friends tell the staff behind the bar or someone you know, if you are at a party. Keep an eye on your friends. If someone collapses and is unconscious, call an ambulance immediately-but do not leave them alone. If you’re on a date with someone you don’t know arrange for a friend to call you during the evening and/or pick you up. Meet in a public space. Arrange your own transport. How do I know if my drink has been spiked? You might not be able to see, smell or taste if you drink has been spiked - the drug may be colourless, odourless and may not affect the taste of your drink
Warning signs include: ►feeling dizzy or faint ►feeling sick or sleepy ►passing out ►feeling intoxicated or confused even if you have only had a little alcohol to drink ►waking up feeling uncomfortable and disorientated, with memory blanks about the night before. What to do if you think your drink has been spiked If you think your drink has been spiked, tell a friend, the bar or security staff, or the police. Your doctor can test for the presence of traces of certain drugs through urine or blood tests within 24 hours. If you think that you have been assaulted or raped, it’s important you tell a friend or family member, and go to a doctor or hospital. Drink spiking is illegal. It’s a serious offence to introduce a drug into the body of another person without their knowledge or consent, especially if the person is assaulted as a result.
Stranger Danger Tips Always try to stay in sight of other people, don't go down back streets or roads If a stranger approaches either on foot or in a vehicle, move back from them. If they attempt to talk to you or ask for help for any reason, don't go to them stay back. Don’t take any lollies or food from them Run away as fast as you can, if you are feeling scared Yell for help as you run and try to stay in sight of other people Try and remember what the person looks like and what they are wearing If you can remember the car number plate or the colour or make of car. Tell someone (a teacher, a parent or police officer or any other trusted adult) about what happened immediately. Always stay alert to who's around if you are out alone or with friends, Always stay in groups If possible. It’s much safer to be in groups. Always look after each other when you are out. As partners you can separate or divorce. As parents, you have a job for life. When you have kids together your relationship with each other never really ends, it changes. You need to keep your parenting relationship alive and constructive, even when dealing with each other hurts. It might be a huge challenge. It's also one of the best gifts you can give your kids. Children need to feel loved and safe. It’s your job to supply this to your children. VIOLENCE & ABUSE

Caring for pets in an emergency
Reminders Have you wormed your dogs and cats? Are your animals fully vaccinated? Summer on its way time to deflea your Animals Are your dogs registered?
As we saw in the Christchurch earthquakes people are not the only lives in danger from hazards. So if you have pets it is a great idea to include them in your emergency planning. Here are a few easy things you can do to: • Put aside some items for them in your own emergency box – such as a blanket, food, water and a lead. Remember you …. need to have enough to make it on your own for at least three days. • Clearly identify your pet. Attach a permanent disc to your pet’s collar that includes your phone number, name and …….. ….. address or even better microchip them. The SPCA in Christchurch managed to reunite many pets with their owners ……..because of the ease of identification. • In the event of an evacuation take your pets with you if you can safely do so. Pets are unlikely to survive on their own and you might not be able to find them when you return home. Be prepared by identifying shelter locations which will take pets, as not all of the main shelters will. The New Zealand branch of the World Society for the Protection of Animals (WSPA) has some really useful planning tools for taking care pets in an emergency, including disaster packs for different pets – http://disaster.wspa.org.nz/ Lucy Brake | Contractor: Emergency Management & Safety

Contact Care is a practical form of health care, contact care offers a common sense approach to Real Ease. ConTact C.A.R.E is a flinchlock release therapy – a system to locate and release trapped bone pressure, - triggered and held by surprise impact Combinations. Acceptance is the foundation of all change; it gives us a point to change from. ConTact C.A.R.E does this in a practical way by supporting the injury exactly the way the client is managing it for themselves. Our motto: Accept what is… Now see the good. Contact cares uniqueness… Recognition of the body’s self-defence system which over-rides the nervous system and the reflex system. The flinchlock release method – releasing trapped pressure from the BONE. Understanding of the pressure for pressure balanced interplay between head and body which is used to match and neutralise injury pressure. Understanding flinchlock Flinchlock happens when impact enters the bone by surprise. Force enters the bone followed by a reaction. In this combination the involuntary contraction locks the pressure into the bone. The impact pressure becomes the bone’s new working pressure resulting in shortened harder ligaments, tendon and muscle fascia. This creates joint imbalance and tension. What can you expect? • To be observed closely as you move instinctively around your injuries • To be listened to carefully as you tell your story • To be supported in COMFORT • To be educated in how the body instinctively protects itself under duress • To be given a sense of how your body is working perfectly in an ABNORMAL situation • To be given homework to support the return to normal function • Occupational & Cranial Tension • Mental / Emotional Shock • Old Unresolved Injuries • Co-Ordination Problems • Post-Op Rehabilitation • Equine and Pet Injuries
Who can benefit? • Headaches/Migraine • Back and Neck Pain • Breathing Disorders • Sports Injuries • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
