This loft is located at 500 Park Avenue, New York, with a 360-degree view of the city. The apartment was designed for a local couple: the woman is a bag designer who owns her own business and occasionally works from home, and her partner is currently retired with a background in architecture. The client requested a modern Tribeca-inspired apartment with unobstructed sight-lines to the views.

Concept Statement:

Connection and disconnection are recurring themes in the couple’s lives. They are connected to each other, their families, the city, and their careers. However, they also desire moments of disconnection from the busy day-to-day life in the city.
