Beans with ground beef This is a typical dish from Colombia. The Ingredients are: Beans Green banana Carrots Tomatoes and beef. To season it: salt, pepper and other spices. In order to prepare the beans you should leave them in water since the day before. Put the diced green plantain in a pot with julienned carrots and tomatoes, add salt and pepper, the beans cook with these ingredients for an hour, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. In a different pot you should cook the meat with spices and when fully cooked it should be placed in a mill to ground it as small as possible. The beans are ready when you add the ground beef. It is recommended to serve with white rice. It is a delicious and nutritious meal.

Then open the peas. Place the lettuce in Juliana on the bottom of a plate, add ham, the peas, and add the apples and the egg. Finally you prepare the vinaigrette with one tablespoon of mayonnaise, the lime juice, a pinch of sugar and a little bit of water. Add to salad. Use the almonds to decorate.
