The Wells of Mars Book Design / 2014 This is a made-up Derek Heartfield story about the wells of Mars ( 火星の井戸 ) in the novel "Hear the wind sing" by murakami haruki. I'm inspire from the the plot --" そして彼 は突然日の光を感じた。横穴は別の井戸に結ばれていたの だ。彼は井戸をよじのぼり地上に出た。彼は井戸の縁に腰 を下ろし広大な荒野を眺め、そして太陽を眺めた。何かが 違っていた。風の匂い、太陽……太陽は中空にありながら、 まるで夕陽のようにオレンジ色の巨大な塊りと化していた のだ。" I take this image to visulize the cover, taking huge red sun as the center. The correspondence position of sun in the back is the well. Layout and logotype also design with well's outline.

Norwegian Wood Book Design / 2011 It's a redesign work about"Norwegian Wood" ( ノルウェ イの森 ) which is one of book i like very much. The trees between the man and the woman which symbolize no matter how hard the hero try to save the heroine--naoko, he can't go into her heart. The trees also means their dead friend kitsuki -- a huge mental obstacle in their relashionship. I set the man and woman at upper left corner and lower right corner of cover. Trees arranged regularly which means the obstacle is made by the heroine. I use rough wood texture and add some messy curves to express the conflict in the story. In addition, I use tree and geographic elements in title's typography.

Taipei - the File of Strange Customs Book Design / 2014 "Taipei - the file of strange customs" is a city obserced essays collection about strange customs. I came up with detective, so I chose a small A6 size for this book. It seems like a detective who spys in the city. Through the author's eyes, the scenes switch quickly with keen words so that the story is full of neat, urban rhythm. Therefore I hope the book design is neat and bringing visual impact. First, I chose deeppink and black as the main colors. Then I set big tense eyes like spy as the visual focus, and create logotype by tape texture to present urban collage style. The background image is a crazy person at night with noise. Almost invisible background shows a sense of mystery in the city.

The Holes of Dreams Picture Book Design & illustration / 2013 "The Holes of Dreams" is an Illustrated Book about my dream diary for several years. I organized the articles then created images. The concept of this book is that "Every night I close my eyes, then I come to a dream forest. There are many holes of dreams which include different dreams inside. We just like Alice in wonderland, falling in the hole and starting an adventure of dream." Following the concept, I used circle to intergrate all illustrations and chose fantastic and contrast colors to show the surreal scenes. The white background color means that we believe we are awake, but simple compostion and qreer colors remind us it's all fake.

In The Mist Poster Design / 2014 This poster is designed for an photography exhibition. "The Mist" symbolize the moving moment while No boundaries between human and nature. At this momont, We can feel subtle breath and the beauty of life. The design was inspired by Chinese Ink-and-Water painting. I chose grey colors to present blurry atmosphere in the mist. The upper and lower blocks in black and grey which mean nature and human respectively. The blurry boundary between these two blocks shows they merge together gradually . I made layout very silent and peaceful, but put a mountain-shaped line in the center, which symbolize our strong resonance when we are "in the mist".

La Mer Poster Design / 2014 I am interested in the link of music and vision, so I tried to visualize an orchestral composition "La Mer" L.109, (The Sea) by Claude Debussy. There are three movements in this piece: "From dawn to noon on the sea", "Play of the Waves" and "Dialogue of the wind and the sea". About visial composition, I want show the "sea" with strait and strong power in large area and pile three layers of waves to present the music levels and impact. The image is also intensified outline to make the shape of "sea" more clear, like music. According to this piece was based on Japanese ukiyo-e, I chose an oriental blue.

Everything will DECAY Typography and Images / 2014
No matter how rich you are, what kind of luxury life you have, everyone and everything will decay absolutly. Following this idea, I want to make some golden shinny things but are link to death. I collected lots of objects such as leaves, cigarette and corpse, then spray-paint them to become golden to show the ridiculous contradiction. The first piece is typography, which is made up of withered leaves; other images which are symbolize to death, like coffin and corpes. I want to communicate that chasing material is in vain in the end.

Taipei Never Sleeps: Lights of Taipei City Zine and Poster Design / 2015 It's a zine project for promoting a city. I found Taipei is very beautiful at night and always shining in 24 hrs. Especially the lights in Taipei are various and amazing. Thus I tried to find many kinds of geographic lights petterns to show the beauty of Taipei night. In my design, I simplize all of the elements to focuse on the shape of lights and made image to be contrastive. These lights patterns consist of lines, cube and dots. It's symbolize that Taipei is a city containing digital life and human culture . At back side of zine is a satellite imagery which composes of light dots. It's also a poster.

Symbols of Japanese Tea Ceremony Symbol & Magzine Design / 2015 This project is about icon design. I tried to symbolize the procedure of Japanese tea ceremony. All of symbols are based on (not real) circle with smooth curve to show the elegance and tender of Japanese tea ceremony culture. In the sketch process, I simplify every steps and tried to make them to be a system through several adjustion. Finally I create the magzine cover and 2 spreads to present these symbols. The magzine keeps calm, cleen feeling and adds green and pink of macha and wagashi.

Symbol Design for the process of Japanese Tea Ceremony ďź? 2015
1. boil the water by furo. 2. put matcha in the chawan(tea bowl). 3. pour hot water in chawan(tea bowl) with hishaku. 4. stir with the chasen for several times. 5. appriciate the pattern on the tea bowl. 6. recieve chawan (tea bowl)with right hand and drink it. 7. after drinking tea, taste the seasonal wagashi.

FUN PASTA Branding / 2013 FUN PASTA is a branding work of pasta. In order to communicate cooking pasta is an easy and fun activity. As the result, I use the cute shapes of different kinds of pasta, to make logotype by "play pasta". On this basis, developing package and promote animation. Pasta's shape as the point and arrange them to shows vivid and playful feeling directly. The baground color is about white sauce, pesto and red sauce.

政気歌 NCCU Aroma Brand & Package Design / 2012
" 政気歌 "is a souvenir essensial oil project for Taiwan
Chen-Chi university（政治大学）. The aroma is according to the Humanities and environment characteristics of
Chen-Chi university and the students. which includes of Ho Wood、Balsam Fir、Pinus sylvestris and Petitgrain to explain fresh, cultured images of Chen-Chi university. I did package and visial design. in this project. My
inspiration was from mountain and rain in Mucha. I used
watercolor and mutilevel colors to stand for four kinds of aroma, and express fresh and moist smell of grass after rainning abstractly. Creating a vast natural landscape where we can breath freely.

Happy Life Album Design / 2011 The concept of this album is that "Things you like surround is Happiness." My design inspiration is from "Mandala"( 曟�瞅 ) in Buddhist Art. I take this pattern in my design. The person is at center, as well as other favorite elements extend and surround her. About Package, I put the elements patterns on the CD; The person is printed on the center of CD paper case. When favorie things surround us (put the CD in the paper case), it's happy life.

Time Concept Album Design / 2012 The album concept: Time is just the flow processes of
matter, not the relationship between point and point. However, the modern people too concern about the
number of time. They seize every minute and second so that couldn't breath in their life.
Removing the scales of time as the core concept, the
album develop a variety of ideas:
The Poster: Binding the calibration with real thread which symbolizes Time is tied by calibration.
Album package: The pack simulate clock and clock surface is
printed on the celluloid. Take away the pack just like take artificial calibration away from Time, then time is finally free.

*〈混沌の死〉南海の帝を儵（しゅく）といい、北海の帝を忽（こつ）といい、中央の帝を混沌（こんとん）といった。儵と忽とはときどき混沌の土地で出
会ったが、混沌はとても手厚く彼らをもてなした。儵と忽とはその混沌の恩に報いようと相談し、「人間にはだれでも〔目と耳と鼻と口との〕七つの穴があ って、それで見たり聞いたり食べたり息をしたりしているが、この混沌だけがそれがない。ためしにその穴をあけてあげよう」ということになった。そこで 一日に一つずつ穴をあけていったが、七日たつと混沌は死んでしまった。
