culinary studio ÈČIOP ÈČIOP – biggest chain of culinary studios in Lithuania offering culinary entertainment – parties in the kitchen, exclusive dinners, corporate entertainment, non-traditional celebrations, weddings and food serving solutions. Started from a variety of world cuisines culinary courses with professional chefs from around the world, ÈČIOP ÈČIOP in a short time rose to the largest culinary studio in Lithuania with wine rack and an outdoor terrace. Today ÈČIOP ÈČIOP offers not only the non-traditional entertainment in the kitchen, but also organize and contributes to a variety of culinary projects such as day camp for children “Skoniøų stovyklëėlëė”, culinary trips, video recipes and advertising projects, offers counseling service for restaurants in personnel preparation and menu creation.

After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu and sommelier school, having worked in a high-class restaurant "Esperanza" and in one of the culinary gurus Heston Blumenthal's restaurant, Edwin returned to share his knowledge with you.

GASPAR FERNANDES

– Indian, lived and studied gastronomic sciences in Great Britain, worked in well-known restaurants and 5* hotels. Gaspar arrives to cook for you and with you.

RUFUS CHUA – comes from Singapore, country which is crazy for food. Traveled and lived in different countries, sympathizes to his native Asian cuisine the most. His mission is to introduce you with the principles of Asian cuisine and teach you to cook delicious meals with the ingredients you can easily find in Lithuania.


MARC D'ERCEVILLE Marc D'erceville - a charming and one of the most loyal chefs of ÈČIOP ÈČIOP - a Frenchman, previously worked in Michelin starred restaurants in Paris, Brittany and Switzerland, 5* hotel restaurant Stikliai in Vilnius. For more than two years Marc is leading private culinary evenings and courses, works as the main chef at the weddings and special events, contributes to a variety of culinary projects, and this year has opened his restaurant “Le Butcher” in Vilnius. Marc was also one of the organizers of successful culinary project "OPEN KITCHEN” in Vilnius. CUISINE: French, Modern Lithuanian INSPIRATION: seasonal products, traditional french cuisine methods. MENU MODERN LITHUANIAN CUISINE Appetizer: Smoked eel served with dill and crispy buckwheat. Main dish: Lithuanian beef served with “Gira” sauce and gratine Dauphinois. Dessert: Fondant au Chocolate Lithuanian style.


ČIOP ČIOP ANNA BARANOVA Anna - a young and promising chef, gained her experience in gastronomic capital of France – Bordeaux. Anna is traveling a lot around Europe, Asia and South American countries, works with high class chef and practice. She is usually leading private VIP parties, culinary courses, has lots of experience with outgoing and large events, writes her food and travel blog. CUISINE: French, Modern Lithuanian, Italian, Thai, Maroccan. INSPIRATION: work with hugh class chefs, French cuisine, Thai exotic. LANGUAGES: Lithuanian, Russian, English.

MENU MODERN LITHUANIAN CUISINE Appetizer: Veal liver served with apple confit, celery chips and powder of black bread. Main dish: Lithuanian beef steak served with millet polenta. Dessert: Pear and curd creme flake cake with rye and poppyseeds granola.


TOMAS RIMYDIS Tomas Rimydis - one of the best chefs in Lithuania, enthusiastic member of “Lithuanian restaurants, Chefs and Confectioners Association”. Chef, who led kitchens of various famous restaurants, now has its own restaurant network. Tomas is constantly traveling around the world with the members of the association, gaining experience in various workshops, or competitions, visiting top class restaurants.
