Peopleoftenforgetaboutinmates’ healthcare,buttelemedicineis makingitaloteasierforpeoplein prisonstogetthecaretheyneed. Forexample,NewYorkCity’s systemhas55,000residentsperyear andusesabout30telemedicinehubs tocoordinatecarebetweenthe prisonsandhospitalsintheareaof PredictionsfortheEvolutionof Telemedicine.
