Ana Burke and Yousef Jaraya have received praise for dedication to their work and for their ability to identify problems, manage contractors, and find solutions. Both officers exhibit excellent observations while on routine building patrols, and the Building Manager has referred to them as a “Formidable Force” when it comes to spotting problems.

Both Ana and Yousef were able to effectively manage the 3 teams of window cleaners who worked on the site. Cleaners used a mobile platform without any barriers or warning signage, both made sure that public safety was implemented by ensuring that the cleaners put out signage and barriers. They both displayed excellent due diligence in stopping one contractor from entering the site under a false pretence. Despite doing all of this, they were still able to patrol the building normally and highlight Security vulnerabilities.
