The Center for International Stabilization and Recovery

The Center for International Stabilization and Recovery publishes The Journal of Conventional Weapons Destruction (formerly The Journal of ERW and Mine Action), a professional trade journal for the humanitarian mine action (HMA) and physical security and stockpile management (PAAM) community. It is a forum for HMA and PSSM best practices and methodologies, strategic planning, explosive ordnance risk education, survivor assistance and more. The Journal is supported by the U.S. Department of State. In coordination with the U.S. Department of State, CISR also produces To Walk the Earth in Safety, the U.S. Government annual report on conventional weapons destruction programs.
