3rd party hotel billing today is inefficient and time consuming DEFINITION: 3rd Party Hotel Billing is the scenario where a TMC needs to make a booking and payment for their client at a lodging facility – for those travelers who do not have a credit card (e.g. VIPs, contractors, union workers, travelers without credit cards, etc.) Agent needs to book and pay for traveler Agent seeks verbal confirmation of fax receipt; Faxes confirmed will often get lost at check-in Agent follows up with a call to hotel
