TITANIC, RETURN TO CHERBOURG The great history of European emigration to the New World in the magnificient Art Deco Baggage Hall. An exhibition that has its like nowhere else in France. Relive the unique crossing of the Titanic and become a witness of this historic cruise.
EXhIBITiton 2015 TITANIC: ARTIFACTS AND STORIES From March 28 to November 15, 2015 In the heart of the permanent Titanic area in La Cité de la Mer, discover 35 artifacts found in the wreck of the legendary liner. Some of them were possessions tucked into the personal suitcase of one German emigrant: Franz Pulbaum who boarded the ship in Cherbourg on April 10, 1912.

Opening times in 2015
• Tourism and disability label. • Elevators to the 3 floors of the site. • Hearing loops throughout the visit. • Full access to disabled people except for the submarine wherein a special welcoming room has been set up. • For safety reasons, children under 5 years are not permitted to visit the submarine. • When there is a ship stopover, the Emigration area is closed to the public but the Titanic exhibition remains open. • Free parking.
Groups welcome throughout the year from 10am to 6pm (pre-book). In July and August: 9.30am to 7pm. Closed from January 5th to 31st 2015.
