Airport Operations and Cabin Crew Certificate Level 1

This course is designed to introduce students to the aviation industry and the different roles available. You will learn about the role of air cabin crew, and operational roles within an airport such as check-in, baggage handling and aircraft dispatch, as well as the communications skills you need to work in the industry.

Airport Ground Operations Diploma Level 2

Awarded by City & Guilds South Bristol Skills Academy One year, full-time

This course explores the different operational areas of an airport including check-in, security and baggage processing, aircraft marshalling, arrivals services and dispatch. You will learn the practical and personal skills needed to work in these roles and be fully prepared for aviation assessment days, which are used in the industry to recruit staff.

Air Cabin Crew Diploma Level 2

This course will teach you the knowledge and skills you need for a career as air cabin crew. You will learn the responsibilities of cabin crew, emergency procedures, aviation medicine and customer service and teamwork skills, as well as how to be successful in the airline recruitment process.
