Special Events Fund

The Special Events Fund provides for the tracking of revenues and expenses related to the City’s Special Events Program. In Fiscal Year 2022, the Special Events Program will be returned to the Parks & Recreation department and will be reevaluated to determine which events are most valuable to the community and what, if any, new events might be developed. The only additional funds to be transferred from the General Fund will cover the City’s contract for management of concerts at the Spellman Amphitheater.

In 2004, The City Council approved the creation of the Fox Hollow Public Improvement District No. 1 (PID) to finance the maintenance, repair, and improvement of public improvements within the boundaries of the PID. All properties will be assessed at a uniform rate. The assessment rate for 2023 is proposed at 0.12 per $100 of appraised value.
