PROPERTY HISTORY: The single-family residence, located at 2818 S. RD Mize Road, was built in the 1980’s. It was built as a single-family residence.
PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF PROPERTY AND PROPOSAL: The 2,192-square foot, beige, two-story, single-family residence lies on a 1.34-acre lot. The house has a living room, kitchen, breakfast and dining room, laundry room with a ½ bathroom and two-car garage on the main floor. On the top floor, the residence has three bedrooms (one with its own bathroom), an office, bathroom and a mechanical room. The basement has a family room, a fourth bedroom with exterior entry and a furnace room. There is a wide driveway accessing the two-car garage. The applicant would like to use this property as a Short-Term Rental to be listed on AirBNB, Vrbo and Booking.com.

UNRULY GUESTS/SECURITY: First, no tolerance notifications will be sent out before booking. Second, no under “4-star review” guests will be accepted. Third, stays will be a minimum of three nights to avoid potential parties. The owner lives in the area and will be available to address any issues.
