REGISTER FEBRUARY 13 at 10 a.m.!

• Early registration pricing for Arts & History camps begins February 13 and continues to eight days prior to the first day of camp. Regular registration begins seven days prior to first day of camp.

• Registrations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

• If camp does not meet minimum registrations, coordinator will cancel before the camp meets.

• If a camp is full, it may be possible to be added to a waiting list. You will be contacted only if a space becomes available. Please note that not all camps accept waiting lists.

• Credit/refund requests must be made at least three days prior to the start of a camp. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a $20 processing fee. Refunds can be added to your household account or issued via check or credit card; there are no cash refunds. Please allow three weeks to receive a refund.

• We reserve the right to cancel or combine camps. A full refund will be issued if we cancel. Payment will be credited to your household account, and you will be notified to discuss options.

Lakewood is hiring multiple positions for the upcoming summer. See below for program descriptions and age requirements:

INDOOR/OUTDOOR POOLS (AGE 15+) Our four indoor pools are open year-round, and outdoor pools and splash parks are open Memorial Day through Labor Day.

SUMMER CAMPS (AGE 16+)

Lakewood is proud to offer a number of camp opportunities to serve the needs and desires of the Lakewood community. See below for camp staff opportunities:

Day Camps

Staff can expect to lead and engage campers in a wide variety of sports, games, crafts, swimming and field trips!

Skill Based Camps

Staff will be able to lead campers in activities specific to the camp (gymnastics, ninja, climbing).

Gates open at 5:30 p.m. Fireworks between 8:30-10:30 p.m.

Teen Camps

Weeklong camps for our older group of participants. Staff will lead these groups on outings within the metro area, focusing on leadership, environmental stewardship and, of course, fun!

Camp Paha

Lakewood.org/BigBoomBash

Staff will be working with individuals with disabilities from ages 6 to 25. We will focus on FUN, a variety of activities, and field trips.
