SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE
From the Mayor
Hello, Lansing! This citywide publication combines the Lansing Parks & Recreation Activities Guide, the Capital Area Recycling & Trash (CART) Greensheet, and other important information.
While overcoming the pandemic has had its challenges, I am committed to growing our city and coming out stronger, and Lansing Living is a big part of that. In this issue of the publication, you will fi nd a variety of fun and safe activities for our youth, adults and seniors, all happening here in Lansing. From swim classes, to exercise programs, to upcoming events and more, the Parks and Recreation Department offers just about something for everyone. We are so proud of our city’s vibrancy and the many activities that we provide to our residents and visitors. If there is anything you would like to see featured in future publications of Lansing Living, please visit lansingmi.gov/ LansingLiving. Also, be on the lookout for the next issue of Lansing Living that is scheduled to hit mailboxes in April 2022.
I hope you enjoy this guide and are able to take advantage of the many opportunities offered by the City of Lansing and our partners. As always, it’s an honor to serve as the Mayor of Lansing, and I thank you for your continued support in moving our great city forward! Andy Schor, Mayor
