At the Douglass Center, we have a little bit of everything: strength training, dance fitness, yoga classes, and more! All classes take place in the Douglass Center Gym, unless otherwise noted. Cost is $25 per session or $4 to drop-in. Session 1: January 13 - March 5 | Session 2: March 16 - May 14 | Register online at mhkprd.com/register with activity #120102.

THE BODY TRANSFORMATION Workout centers on building lean, strong muscles while maximizing your body’s ability to burn fat. A workout with results!

YOGA FLOW Find a connection with your breath and movement using various postures to strengthen and stretch your body and refocus your mind.

A total body workout class using your own body weight and a variety of equipment every week. Improve your strength and your endurance!
