Media Release. Classes and trips are limited in size, so enrollment will be accepted on a first-paid, first-served basis. Receipt of payment will reserve a place in the class. Checks will be returned if activity is full. Registrants will receive a full refund if MPRD cancels the program, or may be able to transfer participant to another class. A full refund is granted if request to withdraw is received 1 week (7 days) prior to start date. A partial refund is granted when requested between 1 week and at least 48 hours prior to start date. No refunds will be granted if the request is less than 48 hours in advance or if the participant fails to show. Participant withdrawals must be received during regular business hours M-F 8am – 5pm.
