Our Workforce Management Plan 2018–2022 in Review Review of Workforce Management Plan 2018–2022 Throughout the term of CN’s 2018–2022 Workforce Management Plan (WMP), similar to many other businesses within our region, we needed to alter our approach in order to focus on supporting our people and community through the disruption caused by COVID-19. While this disruption affected the progression of several of our strategies (which will be carried forward into the 2022–2026 WMP), we did progress our vision to transform into a smart, people-centric organisation and improve service levels in a sustainable way.
