Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention

This program is a safe and effective exercise for a wide range of ages and conditions including arthritis. It uses the Sun Style of Tai Chi with its Qigong exercise to benefit balance, flexibility, mobility, coordination, management of arthritis and health in general. Did you know the Renaud Center offers pickleball? Whether you are a beginner or a veteran of this popular game, you are welcome to play during our set times. Pickleball play is free for members, and $3 for guests.

Silver Social Hour

Grab a friend or two and sign up for this exciting new social hour playing your favorite board games and card games. Every other Thursday afternoon at the Renaud Center, you can choose from a variety of games, including chess, checkers, mahjong, bridge and more. Coffee and ice water will be provided.
